Filter by:This Phase II study randomized R-ACVBP and R-CHOP as induction treatment in patients from 18 to 59 with DLBCL CD20+ lymphoma and 2 or 3 adverse prognostic factors of the age-adjusted IPI. The consolidation treatment is allocated according to the response to induction treatment assessed by PET after the 2nd and 4th induction cycles.
The goal of the clinical research study is to learn if treatment with a combination of three drugs, Cytoxan (cyclophosphamide), Rituxan (rituximab) and Nipent (pentostatin), will help to control the disease in patients with previously untreated non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, CLL, or bulky lymphoma. The safety of this treatment will also be studied.
To investigate the efficacy in two dose regimens of ofatumumab in combination with CHOP (cyclophosphamide,doxorubicin, vincristine,prednisolone) in previously untreated patients with Follicular Lymphoma (FL)
The goal of this clinical research study is to find out if giving (Rituxan) rituximab with 90Y (ibritumomab tiuxetan) (90 Y Zevalin®) may be effective in treating low-grade lymphoma. The safety of this combination treatment will also be studied.
The study hypothesis is that the addition of zevalin radioimmunotherapy to the conditioning regimen given prior to BEAM high-dose chemotherapy and autologous stem cell transplantation in patients with aggressive lymphoma will reduced disease recurrence rate and improve overall and disease-free survival.

Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) is a sub-type of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) which is generally considered incurable with current therapy. Participants will receive an autologous vaccine against their individual lymphoma after undergoing stem cell transplantation. This vaccination may prolong the time which patients will stay in remission from their disease.
The purpose of this study is to obtain safety and efficacy data using tositumomab or Bexxar in patients with relapsed/refractory diffuse large cell Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (DLCL).
RATIONALE: Beclomethasone dipropionate may be effective in preventing acute graft-versus-host disease in patients undergoing a stem cell transplant for hematologic cancer. PURPOSE: This randomized phase II trial is studying how well beclomethasone dipropionate works in preventing acute graft-versus-host disease in patients undergoing a donor stem cell transplant for hematologic cancer.
In order to learn more about follicular lymphoma and anti-cancer vaccines, we are collecting samples from people with this diagnosis. We then hope to make a vaccine from this tissue to help the immune system destroy cancer cells. We plan on keeping samples in the tissue bank indefinitely.
