Filter by:The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of parsaclisib in Japanese participants with relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma
Using single-cell RNA sequencing, this study will explore the heterogeneity of lymphoma inside and outside the lymph node, identify tumor specific molecular markers and cell subgroups, explore the differences in tumor microenvironment composition, and provide a basis for diagnosis and precision treatment.
CC-99282-CLL-001 study is a Phase IB dose escalation and expansion clinical study of CC-99282 administered in combination with Obinutuzumab in subjects with relapsed or refractory Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia/Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma.
This is a multicentric single arm phase II trial, to investigate the efficacy (in terms of PFS) of the combination regimen rituximab-bendamustine in association with copanlisib in patients affected by relapsed/refractory DLBCL, not eligible to HDC and ASCT or relapsed after intensified regimens.
This is a prospective single arm, multi-center, phase II clinical trial to observe the efficacy and safety of VR-CAP (Bortezomib and Rituximab-Cyclophosphamide, Epirubicin and Prednisone) in the first-line treatment for patients with marginal zone lymphoma.
This phase II trial studies the side effects and best dose of anakinra and to see how well it works in reducing side effects (toxicity) associated with a CAR-T cell treatment called axicabtagene ciloleucel in patients with large B-cell lymphoma that has come back (relapsed) or has not responded to treatment (refractory). Anakinra is a drug typically used to treat rheumatoid arthritis but may also help in reducing CAR-T cell therapy toxicity. Giving anakinra in combination with axicabtagene ciloleucel may help control relapsed or refractory large B-cell lymphoma.
The purpose of this study is to investigate efficacy and safety of Lenalidomide in combination with R-GemOx as first-line treatment of elderly patients with Diffuse large B cell lymphoma.
Patients with relapsed or refractory follicular or marginal zone lymphoma who have received at least one prior line of therapy will receive - Copanlisib IV: day 1, 8, 15 every 28 days - Nivolumab IV: Cycle 1 days 1 and 15; then day 1 only - Rituximab IV: Cycle 1 days 1, 8, 15, 22; then day 1 (C2-6); then Q2 cycles (8-12)
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of SHC014748M in patients with relapsed or refractory relapsed or refractory follicular (FL) or marginal one (MZL) lymphoma.
This study aims to evaluate safety and efficacy of a combination of 4th generation chimeric antigen receptor gene-modified T cells targeting B cell surface molecules including CD19 and alternative CARTs as booster and consolidation treatment for patients with highly resistant B cell lymphomas, including primary mediastinal B cell lymphoma (PMBCL) and BCL involving central nervous system (CNS-BCL). Clinical response and development of a simplified and standardized lentiviral vector and cell production protocol will be investigated. This is a phase I/II trial enrolling patients from multiple clinical centers.
