AMH as a Predictor of Infertility Risk in Children With Cancer (CHANCE)

While most of the children spontaneously recover menstruation or experienced normal puberty after chemotherapy, their ovarian reserve may be impaired by treatment inducing future infertility. Fertility preservation is currently proposed for selected prepubertal patients with a high risk of premature ovarian failure after treatment (mostly conditioning regimen for bone marrow transplantation). For patients with low or moderate risks, counselling is very difficult and no fertility preservation procedure is usually proposed for these patients as no marker of the ovarian reserve has been validated in this young population to assess the individual risk. The primary objective of the study is to prevent long-term treatment-related infertility by detecting the young patients who normally progressed to menarche but have a reduced ovarian reserve. These patients may benefit from particular follow-up and fertility preservation procedure.

A Phase II Study of Single Agent Brentuximab Vedotin in Relapsed/Refractory CD30 Low (<10%) Mature T Cell Lymphoma (TCL)

This study will include patients with mature T-cell lymphoma (MTCL) that has been treated with at least one type of chemotherapy, but is not responding or coming back after the previous treatment. This clinical trial uses a drug called Brentuximab Vedotin. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved Brentuximab Vedotin for sale in the United States for certain diseases. Brentuximab is still being studied in clinical trials like this one to learn more about what its side effects are and whether or not it is effective in the disease or condition being studied. Brentuximab Vedotin is a type of drug called an antibody drug conjugate (ADC). ADCs usually have 2 parts; a part that targets cancer cells (the antibody) and a cell killing part (the chemotherapy). Antibodies are proteins that are part of your immune system. They can stick to and attack specific targets on cells. The antibody part of Brentuximab Vedotin sticks to a target called CD30. CD30 is an important molecule on some cancer cells (including non Hodgkin lymphoma) and some normal cells of the immune system. The cell killing part of Brentuximab Vedotin is a chemotherapy called monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE). It can kill cells that the antibody part of Brentuximab Vedotin sticks to. Brentuximab Vedotin has also been shown to kill cancer cells with levels of CD30 that cannot be seen by traditional methods. This study is being done to test if the study drug has an effect on Mature T cell Lymphoma with such low levels of a target called CD30 and how your disease respond to the study drug.

A Study of the Safety and Efficacy of EBV Specific T-cell Lines

This study evaluates the safety and efficacy of EBV-specific T-cell lines to treat patients suffering from high EBV viral titers not responding to standard of care therapies and to treat EBV-related lymphoma. The study will recruit 6 patients to receive autologous T cells or a T cell line derived from the patient's allogeneic donor (in the case of stem cell transplant recipients), and 6 patients to receive a T-cell line prepared from a matched or partially matched related donor.

Safety Study of Camptothecin-20-O-Propionate Hydrate (CZ48)

This is a single-arm, non-randomized feasibility and Phase I trial of 20(S) Camptothecin Propionate administered orally. CZ48 will be administered in successive cohorts of 1 patient per participating site until hints of toxicity (grade 2 or worse adverse events related to the drug) are observed. Then cohorts of 3+3 patients will be treated. CZ48 will be administered orally daily (1 course = 4 weeks). No pre-medications will be administered. Patients will be asked to drink up to one gallon of fluid daily if possible to flush the bladder to mitigate cystitis. Cystitis is an anticipated toxicity as CZ48 is a pro-drug of CPT (Camptothecin)

Trial of IPGDP Regimen Chemotherapy in Patients With Extranodal Natural Killer/T-Cell Lymphoma, Nasal Type

The first Part: recruiting untreated ENKL patients with extensive stage I or limited stage II disease (only referring to patients with the invasion of Waldeyer's ring and cervical lymph nodes) . Patients are randomly divided into two arms, IPGDP regimen chemotherapy followed by radiotherapy or radiotherapy followed by IPGDP regimen chemotherapy. IPGDP regimen for both arms are 3 cycles. And the chemotherapy is repeated every 3 weeks.. The second part: recruiting extensive stage II ,stage III-IV, relapsed or refractory ENKL patients. Patients receive 6 cycles of IPGDP regimen chemotherapy. And the chemotherapy is repeated every 3 weeks.
