NCT ID: NCT04706676 Recruiting - Lymphoma Clinical Trials

Integrative Neuromuscular Training in Adolescents and Children Treated for Cancer

INTERACT
Start date: January 26, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The INTERACT study is a nation-wide, population-based randomized controlled trial to investigate the effects of 6-month integrative neuromuscular training during anti-cancer treatment on lower body muscle strength, metabolic syndrome, various measures of physical function, physical activity, days of hospitalization, health-related quality of life and health behavior in children and adolescents with cancer. The increased insight derived from this study will impact the development of pediatric exercise oncology and be of high relevance to a broad group of children and adolescents with severe chronic illness. The study is based on the overarching hypothesis, that structured integrative neuromuscular training initiated immediately after diagnosis will be effective in preventing deficits in neuromuscular function, limit long-term cardio-metabolic morbidity and found long-standing improvements in physical activity behavior. To maintain adherence and motivation throughout a 6-month training intervention, weekly supervision of the training is needed. For this study, it is hypothesized that a supervised exercise intervention, in addition to a motivational counseling intervention and usual care, will improve muscle strength compared with unsupervised home-based training (active controls).

NCT ID: NCT04705454 No longer available - Clinical trials for Relapsed or Refractory Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (R/R DLBCL)

Loncastixumab Tesirine (ADCT-402) Expanded Access Program (EAP) for Patients With Relapsed/Refractory Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma

Start date: n/a
Phase:
Study type: Expanded Access

The EAP is for patients with relapsed/refractory diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (R/R DLBCL) that cannot be treated by currently available drugs, cell therapy, or clinical trials. ADC Therapeutics will evaluate patients for approval into the program.

NCT ID: NCT04705129 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Primary Mediastinal Large B Cell Lymphoma

Start date: January 1, 2021
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The study is to investigate the safety and efficacy of Zanubrutinib combined with Tislelizumab in the treatment of relapsed/refractory primary mediastinal large B-cell lymphoma and Epstein-Barr Virus-positive diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.

NCT ID: NCT04705090 Not yet recruiting - PTCL Clinical Trials

NCT ID: NCT04703985 Completed - Lymphoma Clinical Trials

Evaluation of the Success of Prophylactic Enteral Nutrition in Therapeutic Intensification With Autograft of Autologous Hematopoietic Cells in Hematology

GAGNE
Start date: May 20, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

When the digestive tract is functional, learned societies recommend the use of a nutritional support by enteral feeding. Indeed, it has many advantages (maintenance of gut trophicity, reduction of the risk of infection by reducing the incidence of bacterial translocations,...). It has been used for about fifteen years in hematology departments and offers promising results in the context of allogeneic transplantation with prospective trials in progress (NEPHA study). However, its tolerance has not been studied during autologous transplantation. This study aims to assess the success of enteral nutrition in this setting.

NCT ID: NCT04703686 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Refractory Mantle Cell Lymphoma

Treatment by a Bispecific CD3xCD20 Antibody for Relapse/Refractory Lymphomas After CAR T-cells Therapy

Start date: March 30, 2021
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study is a multicenter phase II trial including 2 cohorts of patients in Refractory/Relapse disease at least 1 month after CAR T-cells therapy: - cohort 1: DLBCL patients - cohort 2: PMBL, mantle cell lymphoma, transformed indolent NHL (t-iNHL) or iNHL CAR T-cells Refractory/Relapse status will be determined by PET-CT central review allowing inclusion in this trial. Patients enrolled will then receive a pre-phase of obinutuzumab followed by experimental treatment:11 cycle of glofitamab. The primary objective of the study is to assess the anti-lymphoma activity of glofitamab, a bispecific CD3xCD20 monoclonal antibody in patients with relapse/refractory DLBCL (cohort 1) disease after anti-CD19 CAR T-cells therapy
