NCT ID: NCT03151044 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma

R±CEOP90 Versus R±CEOP75 in Newly Diagnosed Young Patients With Medium/High-risk DLBCL

Start date: July 2016
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This clinical trial is designed to compare the efficacy and safety of R±CEOP90 containing high-dose epirubicin and R±CEOP75 containing standard epirubicin in newly diagnosed young patients with medium/high-risk diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. Half of the participants receive R±CEOP regimen containing 90mg/m2 epirubicin, while the other half of participants receive R±CEOP regimen containing 75mg/m2 epirubicin. Via exploring whether high-dose epirubicin shall achieve better efficacy and less toxicity, we hope to optimize current treatment choice for young patients with medium/high-risk diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.

NCT ID: NCT03150602 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Peripheral T Cell Lymphoma

A Pralatrexate Study in Asian Patients With Peripheral T-cell Lymphoma After Prior Therapy

Start date: August 30, 2016
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

This study is to evaluate the objective response rate to pralatrexate in Asian PTCL patients after prior treatment failure, as determined by independent imaging reviewer(s) using international workshop lymphoma response criteria (IWC)

NCT ID: NCT03147885 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma

Selinexor Plus Combination Chemotherapy in Treating Patients With Advanced B Cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma

Start date: June 20, 2017
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase Ib/II trial is aimed at studying the combination of a drug named Selinexor (selective inhibitor of nuclear export) in combination with standard therapy for B cell Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma called R-CHOP. The investigators will establish maximum tolerated dose of Selinexor in combination with RCHOP and also study the efficacy of this combination for therapy of B cell Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Giving Selinexor plus chemotherapy may work better in treating patients with B cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.

NCT ID: NCT03146533 Recruiting - B Cell Lymphoma Clinical Trials

CD19 CART Cells for Patients With Relapse and Refractory CD19+ B-cell Lymphoma.

Start date: May 2017
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a clinical study to observe the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and the safety and feasibility of chimeric antigen receptor 19 (CD19 CART) cells in relapsed and refractory patients with CD19+ B cell lymphoma.

NCT ID: NCT03136146 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Recurrent Adult Lymphoblastic Lymphoma

Combination Chemotherapy in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, Lymphoblastic Lymphoma, Burkitt Lymphoma/Leukemia, or Double-Hit Lymphoma/Leukemia

Start date: August 9, 2017
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase II trial studies the side effects and how well combination chemotherapy works in treating patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia, lymphoblastic lymphoma, Burkitt lymphoma/leukemia, or double-hit lymphoma/leukemia that has come back or does not respond to treatment. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as clofarabine, etoposide, cyclophosphamide, vincristine sulfate liposome, dexamethasone and bortezomib, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading.

NCT ID: NCT03131531 Recruiting - Hodgkin Lymphoma Clinical Trials

Bergamo Lymphoid Cancer Registry

Start date: March 23, 2017
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

This registry has been established to gain a better understanding of the clinical and biological characteristics and outcome of patients with lymphoid cancer

NCT ID: NCT03125642 Recruiting - Hodgkin Lymphoma Clinical Trials

Auto Stem Cell Transplant for Lymphoma Patients

Start date: April 20, 2017
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a phase II study of autologous transplant for patients with Hodgkin (HL) and non-Hodgkin lymphomas (NHL) including those who are HIV positive.

NCT ID: NCT03121625 Recruiting - Lymphoma Clinical Trials

CAR-T Therapy in Relapsed or Refractory Haematopoietic and Lymphoid Malignancies

Start date: December 26, 2016
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is an open, single-arm, phase I clinical study to evaluate efficacy and safety of chimeric antigen receptor T cell immunotherapy (CAR-T) in the treatment of hematopoietic and lymphoid malignancies. A total of 30 patients are planned to be enrolled over a period of 2 years.

NCT ID: NCT03118180 Recruiting - Lymphoma Clinical Trials

CD19 Targeted Chimeric Antigen Receptor T Cells for B Cell Lymphoma

Start date: April 5, 2017
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

A prospective study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of CART19 for refractory/relapsed B cell lymphoma.

NCT ID: NCT03117036 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Lymphoma, Non-Hodgkin

Prospective Cohort Study for Lymphoma: Samsung Lymphoma Cohort Study III

Start date: March 1, 2017
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

This prospective study enrolls patients who are diagnosed with aggressive lymphoma including Hodgkin and non-Hodgkin lymphomas. Enrolled patients will be treated according to our institution' treatment policy in clinical practice. The disease status including response to therapy and survival status will be regularly updated during the study period. Patients' serum and cell-free DNA will be collected and analyzed.
