NCT ID: NCT04887519 Completed - Clinical trials for Carcinoma, Non-Small-Cell Lung

A Study of Brigatinib to Treat Adults With Anaplastic Lymphoma Kinase (ALK) Positive Metastatic Non Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)

Start date: December 30, 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The aims of the study are to assess the safety profile of brigatinib and the clinical response rates in adults with Anaplastic Lymphoma Kinase (ALK)-Positive Metastatic Non Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC). Treatment with brigatinib and follow-up will be according to routine clinical practice. Study doctors will review the participants' medical records at the start of the study, then at 12 and 24 weeks after treatment starts.

NCT ID: NCT04887025 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Relapsed or Refractory B-cell Lymphoma

Exploratory Study of a Novel Oncolytic Vaccinia Virus RGV004 in the Treatment of Refractory/Relapsed B-cell Lymphoma

Start date: February 8, 2022
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a dose-escalation, single-arm, single-center open study which aims to evaluate the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and dose-dependent toxicity (DLT) of a novel oncolytic vaccinia virus expressing bispecific antibody RGV004 in patients with relapsed/refractory B-cell lymphoma,

NCT ID: NCT04884035 Recruiting - Lymphoma, B-Cell Clinical Trials

Study of Safety and Efficacy of Iberdomide (CC-220) and CC-99282 Combined With R-CHOP to Treat Lymphoma

Start date: September 15, 2021
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase 1b study consisting of 2 parts: a dose escalation (Part 1) of CC-220 or CC-99282 added to the standard R-CHOP-21 regimen for first-line treatment of a-BCL. The dose escalation (Part 1) will consist of 2 parallel arms in combination with Rituximab, Cyclophosphamide, Doxorubicin, Vincristine, and Prednisone (R-CHOP-21); CC-220 and R-CHOP-21 or CC-99282 and R-CHOP-21. Part 1 will be followed by a randomized dose expansion (Part 2) with CC-220 and/or CC-99282 at the Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D) in combination with R-CHOP-21. A polatuzumab-R-CHP regimen in combination with CC-220 or CC-99282 will be explored with the addition of a new cohort only after the RP2D for the CC-220 and/or CC-99282 and R-CHOP-21 combination has been defined.

NCT ID: NCT04883437 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Mantle Cell Lymphoma

Acalabrutinib and Obinutuzumab for the Treatment of Previously Untreated Follicular Lymphoma or Other Indolent Non-Hodgkin Lymphomas

Start date: September 3, 2021
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase II trial studies the effect of acalabrutinib and obinutuzumab in treating patients with follicular lymphoma or other indolent non-Hodgkin lymphoma for which the patient has not received treatment in the past (previously untreated). Acalabrutinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with obinutuzumab may induce changes in body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Giving acalabrutinib and obinutuzumab may kill more cancer cells.

NCT ID: NCT04882475 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Mantle Cell Lymphoma

Biological Insights of First Relapsed-refractory Patients With Mantle Cell Lymphoma: the MANTLE-FIRST BIO Study.

Start date: February 8, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Retrospective observational study with a prospective biological evaluation of an historical cohort of first relapsed-refractory patients with mantle cell lymphoma who were relapsed or refractory to rituximab and chemotherapy containing induction regimens with curative intent.

NCT ID: NCT04882163 Withdrawn - Lymphoma, B-Cell Clinical Trials

Study to Evaluate Tolerability of Iberdomide (CC-220) in Combination With Polatuzumab Vedotin Plus Rituximab or Tafasitamab or Rituximab Plus Chemotherapy in B-cell Lymphoma

Start date: October 10, 2021
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase 1b/2 randomized study of Iberdomide (CC-220) added to 3 different combination regimens (polatuzumab vedotin plus rituximab (Cohort A), tafasitamab (Cohort B), rituximab plus gemcitabine and platinum-based chemotherapy (Cohort C)) for participants with relapsed or refractory aggressive B-cell lymphoma (R/R a-BCL). All 3 cohorts will be open for enrollment at study start. Part 1 (dose escalation) will be followed by Part 2 (dose expansion), in which participants will be randomized to one of three cohorts, with CC-220 at the recommended Phase 2 Dose in combination with the Cohorts A, B and C treatment that is compared to their individual standard of care regimen.
