NCT ID: NCT01460940 Completed - Clinical trials for Recurrent Adult Hodgkin Lymphoma

A Phase II Trial of Panobinostat and Lenalidomide in Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Hodgkin's Lymphoma

Start date: October 13, 2011
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase II trial studies how well giving panobinostat together with lenalidomide works in treating patients with relapsed or refractory Hodgkin lymphoma. Panobinostat may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Biological therapies, such as lenalidomide, may stimulate the immune system in different ways and stop cancer cells from growing. Giving panobinostat together with lenalidomide may be an effective treatment for Hodgkin lymphoma

NCT ID: NCT01460134 Completed - Clinical trials for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

A Study of CDX-1127 (Varlilumab) in Patients With Select Solid Tumor Types or Hematologic Cancers

Start date: October 2011
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a study of CDX-1127, a therapy that targets the immune system and may act to promote anti-cancer effects. The study enrolls patients with hematologic cancers (certain leukemias and lymphomas), as well as patients with select types of solid tumors.

NCT ID: NCT01459224 Completed - Lymphoma, Hodgkin Clinical Trials

MELT - MRI Evaluation of Lymphoma Treatment

MELT
Start date: September 2011
Phase: N/A
Study type: Observational

Patients who are newly diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma will undergo disease staging at diagnosis and initial treatment response assessment. At each time point (initial staging and treatment response assessment) in addition to standard imaging investigations (PET CT, Chest CT, anatomical MRI of the abdomen and pelvis and abdominal USS), patients will undergo an extended MRI scan.

NCT ID: NCT01458730 Completed - Clinical trials for Central Nervous System Lymphoma

Nordic Study in Newly Diagnosed Primary Central Nervous System (CNS) Lymphoma

Start date: May 2007
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of the study is to test the efficacy and tolerability of a multiagent chemotherapy treatment regimen without radiotherapy in patients with newly diagnosed lymphoma in the brain.

NCT ID: NCT01458366 Completed - Clinical trials for Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

Phase I/II Study of Bendamustine in Combination With Ofatumumab, Carboplatin and Etoposide

Start date: November 9, 2011
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The Phase I part of the study will apply to identify dose-limiting toxicities (DLT) and to define maximum-tolerated dose (MTD) for a new chemoimmunotherapy combination of bendamustine, ofatumumab, carboplatin, and etoposide in patients with Non Hodgkin's lymphoma whose disease has progressed or has recurred after prior chemotherapy. The Phase II part of the study will be a single-arm, open-label study in which all patients will receive combination bendamustine, ofatumumab, carboplatin and etoposide at the MTD dose defined in phase I. This study hopes to identify a life-prolonging therapy for patients with Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma whose disease has progressed or has recurred after prior chemotherapy. The hypothesis is that the proposed combination of chemotherapy is well-tolerated and is efficacious for the treatment of relapsed/refractory aggressive B cell lymphomas.

NCT ID: NCT01458288 Completed - Multiple Myeloma Clinical Trials

A Study to Evaluate the Safety, Pharmacokinetics, and Hematopoietic Stem Cell Mobilization of TG-0054 Alone or in Combination With G-CSF in Patients With Multiple Myeloma, Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma or Hodgkin Disease

Start date: October 2012
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This Phase II study is to Evaluate the Safety, Pharmacokinetics, and Hematopoietic Stem Cell Mobilization of TG-0054 alone or in combination with G-CSF in Patients with Multiple Myeloma, Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma or Hodgkin Disease.

NCT ID: NCT01457144 Completed - Clinical trials for Mantle Cell Lymphoma

Study of Mantle Cell Lymphoma Treatment by RiBVD

RIBVD
Start date: October 2011
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Study of First line mantle cell lymphoma treatment by Rituximab, Velcade, Bendamustine and Dexamethasone schema in patients older than 65 years or 18 to 65 years old who cannot or refuse receive conditioning regimen followed by autograft.

NCT ID: NCT01456351 Completed - Clinical trials for Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

Bendamustine Plus Rituximab Versus Fludarabine Plus Rituximab

Start date: September 2003
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The study addresses the question if a therapy with bendamustine plus rituximab is comparable (non inferior) with the well-tried combination of fludarabine plus rituximab with regard to event free survival (EFS) in recurrent low malignant Non-Hodgkin and mantle cell lymphomas.

NCT ID: NCT01456039 Completed - Clinical trials for Lymphoma, T-cell, Peripheral

A Japanese Phase 1/2 Study to Assess the Efficacy, Safety and Pharmacokinetics of Romidepsin in Patients With Peripheral T-cell Lymphoma (PTCL)

Start date: December 1, 2011
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of the study was to assess efficacy, tolerability, safety and pharmacokinetics of Romidepsin in subjects with progressive or relapsed peripheral T-cell lymphoma
