NCT ID: NCT03579927 Withdrawn - Clinical trials for Mantle Cell Lymphoma

CAR.CD19-CD28-zeta-2A-iCasp9-IL15-Transduced Cord Blood NK Cells, High-Dose Chemotherapy, and Stem Cell Transplant in Treating Participants With B-cell Lymphoma

Start date: October 3, 2019
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of chimeric antigen receptor (CAR).CD19-CD28-zeta-2A-iCasp9-IL15-transduced cord blood NK cells when given together with high-dose chemotherapy and stem cell transplant and to see how well they work in treating participants with B-cell lymphoma. Cord blood-derived CAR-NK cells may react against the B-cell lymphoma cells in the body, which may help to control the disease. Giving chemotherapy before a stem cell transplant may help kill any cancer cells that are in the body and helps make room in the patient's bone marrow for new blood-forming cells (stem cells) to grow. The stem cells are then returned to the patient to replace the blood-forming cells that were destroyed by the chemotherapy.

NCT ID: NCT03349346 Withdrawn - Clinical trials for Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma

Idelalisib With Rituximab, Ifosfamide, Carboplatin, Etoposide (RICE) in Children and Adolescents

Start date: June 2019
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The primary objectives of this study are to evaluate safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK) and preliminary efficacy of idelalisib; and to establish recommended phase 2 doses (RP2D) of idelalisib in combination with rituximab, ifosfamide, carboplatin, etoposide (RICE) in children and adolescents with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) or mediastinal B-cell lymphoma (MBCL)

NCT ID: NCT03241017 Withdrawn - Clinical trials for Lymphoma, Large B-Cell, Diffuse

Durvalumab in DLBCL After Autologous Transplant

IDA-D
Start date: October 2017
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The trial assess the progression-free survival (PFS) two years after autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT) in high-risk DLBCL patients receiving PD-L1 inhibition with durvalumab.

NCT ID: NCT02780830 Withdrawn - Clinical trials for Module 1: Non-GCB Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma

AZD2014 Plus Novel Anti-Cancer Agents in Relapsed or Refractory Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma

INHIBITOR
Start date: June 2016
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a modular study of AZD2014 in combination with novel anti-cancer agents in patients with different subtypes of relapsed or refractory Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL). Module 1, a combination with ibrutinib in patients with non-germinal centre B-cell-like (non-GCB) DLBCL, will consist of Part A, a Phase I dose-finding arm in which the safety and tolerability of the combination will be assessed, and Part B, a Phase II dose-expansion phase to assess the efficacy of the combination.

NCT ID: NCT02776891 Withdrawn - Clinical trials for Lymphoma, Large B-Cell, Diffuse

A Feasibility Study of Gallium-68 Citrate PET to Detect Aberrant MYC Proto-Oncogene, BHLH Transcription Factor (MYC) Protein Expression in Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma

Start date: June 13, 2016
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a single center imaging study investigating the use of PET with 68Ga-citrate in patients with DLBCL or BCLU.

NCT ID: NCT02743546 Withdrawn - Clinical trials for Lymphoma, Large B-Cell, Diffuse

Study of the Safety, Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics, and Efficacy of Duvortuxizumab (JNJ-64052781) Plus Ibrutinib in Lymphoma

Start date: July 20, 2016
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to determine whether duvortuxizumab and ibrutinib can be combined safely and to establish the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) in Part 1 and the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) and to further explore the safety of duvortuxizumab in combination with ibrutinib at the RP2D in participants with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), follicular lymphoma (FL), mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) in Part 2.

NCT ID: NCT02653989 Withdrawn - Clinical trials for Lymphoma, Large B-Cell, Diffuse

Efficacy and Safety Study of MDV9300 in Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma (DLBCL)

Start date: December 2016
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of MDV9300 in patients with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) that have achieved either stable disease or a partial remission following definitive salvage therapy. Two cohorts of patients will be enrolled: a cohort treated with salvage chemotherapy but considered ineligible for autologous stem cell transplant (ASCT), and a cohort of patients who have received ASCT following salvage chemotherapy.

NCT ID: NCT02623920 Withdrawn - Follicular Lymphoma Clinical Trials

Brentuximab Vedotin, Bendamustine, and Rituximab in Patients With Relapsed or Refractory B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma

S-BR
Start date: December 16, 2015
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase II trial studies how well brentuximab vedotin, bendamustine, and rituximab work in treating patients with B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has returned after a period of improvement or has not responded to previous treatment. Monoclonal antibody-drug conjugates, such as brentuximab vedotin, use antibody to target chemotherapy in cancer cells. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as bendamustine, work in different ways to kill cancer cells. Monoclonal antibodies, such as rituximab, kill the cancer cells directly, but also harness the immune system to kill the cancer cells. Adding brentuximab to rituximab may improve response rates in CD30 positive, CD20 positive Relapsed Refactory NHL.
