This study will evaluate the safety, antitumor activity and preliminary pharmacokinetics of an investigational drug product, DTRMWXHS-12, in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia or other B-cell lymphomas. DTRMWXHS-12 will be evaluated as a single agent, and in combination. This study will be conducted in two parts: phase Ia and Ib. Both parts will explore escalating doses of DTRMWXHS-12. The phase Ia study will evaluate DTRMWXHS-12 monotherapy. The phase Ib study will evaluate DTRMWXHS-12 combinations.
A Phase IB/II Trial of Lenalidomide (Revlimid®), Ixazomib and Rituximab (RIXAR) as Front-line Therapy for High Risk Indolent B cell Lymphoma
The Primary Objective is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of multiple dose oral administration of DTRMWXHS-12 capsule in patients with B-cell lymphoma. The Secondary Objective is to evaluate the pharmacokinetics of multiple dose oral administration of DTRMWXHS-12 capsule in patients with B-cell lymphoma.
This is a phase Ⅱ study of erythropoietin for management of anemia caused by chemotherapy in patients with Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma. The investigators want to investigate hematopoietic response of darbepoietin alfa and the quality of life assessment of increasement of hemoglobin.
This study evaluates the clinical significance of CX3CR1-expressing myeloid and lymphoid cells in patients of hematologic malignancy. Tumor cells either express membrane molecules or release tumor-derived soluble factors able to alter myelopoiesis and lymphopoiesis. Myeloid cells expressing CD11b play a critical role in sustaining cancer progression. Also, the fractalkine (CX3CL1; Fkn)/CX3CR1 axis plays an important function in the pathophysiology of various forms of cancers. Fkn is the only known ligand for CX3CR1, and it triggers recruitment of CX3CR1-positive cells through its unique receptor, CX3CR1. Therefore, the investigators focused the prognostic significance of CD11b+ myelo-monocytic cells expressing CX3CR1 and CD3+ lymphoid cells expressing CX3CR1 in the clinical outcomes of newly diagnosed Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma (DLBCL) and Multiple myeloma (MM).
This phase II trial studies how well tacrolimus, bortezomib, and anti-thymocyte globulin (thymoglobulin) work in preventing low toxicity graft versus host disease (GVHD) in patients with blood cancer who are undergoing donor stem cell transplant. Tacrolimus and anti-thymocyte globulin may reduce the risk of the recipient's body rejecting the transplant by suppressing the recipient's immune system. Giving bortezomib after the transplant may help prevent GVHD by stopping the donor's cells from attacking the recipient. Giving tacrolimus, bortezomib, and anti-thymocyte globulin may be a better way to prevent low toxicity GVHD in patients with blood cancer undergoing donor stem cell transplant.
This phase IIa trial studies the side effects and how well TGR-1202 and ibrutinib work in treating patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that has returned after a period of improvement or does not respond to treatment. TGR-1202 and ibrutinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
Diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL), as the most common subtype non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), has great heterogeneity in clinical manifestations, histological morphology and prognosis. R-CHOP Protocol (Rituximab + Vindesine + Cyclophosphamide + Epirubicin + Prednisone) is the gold therapeutic criteria for patients with NHL, and it is also used as the first-line treatment for patients with DLBCL. After treatment, 50%~60%of patients with DLBCL receive complete remission (CR), 30%~40% recurrent and 10% will never be cured due to initial and secondary drug tolerance. This study aimed to explore whether Cinobufacini Tablets had synergistic effect in the treatment of DLBCL, and whether its action was in close association with the positive expression of Na+/K+-ATPase α3, and to observe the rates of adverse reactions induced by Cinobufacini Tablets during treatment.
The purpose of this study is to comparing the Efficacy and Safety between I-CHOP and R-CHOP in Untreated CD20-Positive Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma Patients.
