The purpose of this study is to test if our Community Health Worker program can help at-risk NYC Chinese community members participate in shared decision making and lung cancer screening (if appropriate) and compare it to the help provided by written materials.
This is a Phase I, open-label, multicenter study designed to assess the safety and tolerability of RO7051790 in participants with relapsed ED SCLC. This dose escalation and expansion study plans to determine the maximum tolerated dose and/or optimal biological dose as a recommended Phase 2 dose for RO7051790, based on the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic profiles observed after oral administration of RO7051790.
The level of suction on post-operative chest tubes after video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) lobectomy for lung cancer has previously shown to affect duration of drainage. These results, however, are based on traditional drainage systems with water seal and need to be confirmed using digital drainage systems. Hypothesis: Suction of -2 cmH2O is equal to or superior compared with standard suction of -10 cmH2O when looking at chest tube duration and complications.
This study intends to describe the real-life effectiveness and safety of nivolumab in advanced NSCLC patients in Germany, as well as the patient profile, pattern of use and the quality of life.
The standard operative approach to pulmonary lesions has been via postero-lateral thoracotomy and direct vision. This technique has some advantages but its morbidity is significant. Some surgeons advocate a resection by video-assisted thoracic surgery (VATS) to reduce the impact on chest wall and the impairment on respiratory mechanic. However, an evidence for superiority of the approach minimally invasive is lacking, particularly for the difficult assessment of the change in pulmonary function. The aim of this study is to compare VATS- over open lobectomy regarding the differences of chest wall kinematic, analyzed by optoelectronic plethysmography (OEP).
The objectives of this study are to explore different dosing levels and schedules of entinostat in combination with pembrolizumab in patients with advanced solid tumors, in terms of safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), impact on immune correlatives, and efficacy
This study will evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of urinary ctDNA detection and dynamic monitoring during treatment of NSCLC patients prospectively,by collecting and detecting tumor tissues, peripheral blood samples and urine samples of NSCLC patients.
The aim of this study is to evaluate the performance of Inivata liquid biopsy analysis compared with standard tissue biopsy analysis for detection of genomic alterations in patients with advanced lung cancer.
This is a prospective, randomized phase-II study observing the memory preservation and functional brain MRI changes with conformal avoidance of the hippocampal neural stem-cell compartment during prophylactic cranial irradiation for small cell lung cancer patients.
