Filter by:This is a clinical trial from Eastern Cooperative Thoracic Oncology Project (ECTOP), numbered as ECTOP-1004. Solid subtype, micropapillary subtype, vascular involvement, pleural involvement and low differentiation are high risk factors of post-operative recurrence for early-stage lung adenocarcinoma patients. The purpose of this clinical trial is to determine whether the widely used adjuvant chemotherapy strategy cisplatin/ pemetrexed is more effective than no further treatment for Stage pI lung adenocarcinoma patients with high post-operative recurrence risk - in terms of no dose related toxicities, premature treatment withdrawal or death.
Maintainance therapy in patients with unresectable stage III, NSCLC Stage IIIA-B, unresectable, NSCLC, treated with definitive Chemo-Radiotherapy
All patients undergo lateral thoracotomy or video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) and are operated on by the same thoracic surgical team. All patients are managed with gravity drainage (water seal only, without suction) on the day of operation. Eligible patients are randomized to control group or clamping group at a 1:1 ratio before 3pm on the postoperative day. Patients in control group and those in clamping group are managed with different protocols after 3pm on the postoperative day.
This phase II trial studies how well talazoparib works in treating patients with homologous recombination repair deficiency (HRRD) positive stage IV squamous cell lung cancer that has come back after previous treatment. Talazoparib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
The main purpose of this study is to see if the combination of nivolumab, ipilimumab and nintedanib is effective in people with non- small cell lung cancer. Researchers also want to find out if the combination of nivolumab, ipilimumab and nintedanib is safe and tolerable.
This pilot early phase I trial studies how well real-time optical biopsy works in improving lung cancer diagnosis in patients undergoing lung biopsy. Real-time optical biopsy using confocal microscopy may improve the ability of physicians to diagnose lung cancer and accurately differentiate cancerous and benign lesions found during computed tomography screening.
The purpose of this study is to confirm the safety and efficacy of Apatinib plus Pemetrexed as the Maintenance Therapy in Advanced Lung Adenocarcinoma.
To explore the efficacy and safety of apatinib in non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer in the real-world.
This research study is evaluating ways to provide palliative care to patients who have recently been diagnosed with lung cancer and their families.
This study is designed to evaluate the untreated NSCLC patients. After participants have accepted chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and immunotherapy, the investigators used the next generation sequence technology (NGS) to construct immune repertoire to detective variation of patients' immune state and to monitor patients' therapeutic effect. The investigators are aim to explore the novel clone sequence as potential therapy target.
