CLEARLY will focus on validation of a multifactorial "bio-radiomic" protocol for early diagnosis of lung cancer that combines circulating biomarkers and radiomic analysis. It will (a) assess the role of molecular and cellular biomarkers (exosomes, protein signatures, circulating tumor cells - CTCs, microRNA) and radiomic signature, as complementary to assist early detection of lung cancer by low dose computed tomography-LDCT, using bioinformatics techniques; (b) assess the prognostic role of CTCs including the role of cells epithelial mesenchymal transition (EMT) and (c) standardize a method for genomic analysis of CTCs for early detection of treatment resistance.
The purpose of this study is to assess the Treatment Strategies and Survival Outcome for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer With Oncogenic Mutation.
This study aims to explore the efficacy of Anlotinib with or without Immune Checkpoint Inhibitor in Standard Chemo-immunotherapy Failed Advanced NSCLC.
This study aims to explore the efficacy and safety of chemotherapy or chemotherapy plus PD-1 antibody in RET Fusion Positive Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer.
This study aims to explore the efficacy and safety of Crizotinb or Standard Chemotherapy in Met exon 14 skipping Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
Data on SHOX2 and PTGER4 DNA Methylation suggest possible use as a biomarker for early lung cancer diagnosis. In this study a control group consisting of COPD patients with a CT-scan of the chest no older than 6 weeks and a control group of patients with a nodule and ruled out diagnosis of lung cancer will be included. SHOX2 and PTGER4 will be analyzed via PCR.
This is a randomized, 30-day research study that is exploring the effects of two simplified mindfulness interventions in lung cancer patients aimed to improve their sleep quality and anxiety regarding sleep. The investigators will be enrolling a total of 20 patients who have insomnia symptoms. Patients will use a behavioral intervention to help with their sleep.
This is a multicenter, observational, retrospective cohort study aimed at assessing the efficacy and safety of crizotinib in ALK positive NSCLC treated in real life setting.
This trial is designed to evaluate the efficacy, safety and immunogenicity of neoadjuvant treatment with monoclonal antibody SHR-1316 or placebo in combination with platinum doublet chemotherapy in participants with resectable Stage II, IIIA, or selected IIIB non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) followed by adjuvant SHR-1316 or placebo and monitoring.
