Filter by:This is a Phase 1 study to compare the pharmacokinetics of budesonide and albuterol delivered by PT027 compared with PT007 and PT008 administered separately.
This study is a phase 1, double-blind, placebo-controlled crossover study of single, oral dose of SAGE-718 using a ketamine challenge, to evaluate the electrophysiology, safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics in healthy subjects
This study is a phase 1, double-blind, placebo-controlled crossover study of SAGE-718 using a ketamine challenge, to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamic response using magnetic resonance imaging in healthy subjects
The primary objective of the study is to evaluate the distribution in the central nervous system (CNS) of a microdose 99mTc-MAG3-BIIB067 co-administered with unlabeled BIIB067 (Tofersen). The secondary objective of the study is to assess the safety and tolerability of unlabeled BIIB067 co-administered with a microdose of 99mTc-MAG3-BIIB067 to healthy participants.
This study was a non-randomized, open-label, parallel group, two-treatment study in healthy volunteers to investigate the absolute oral bioavailability of balovaptan. The study was conducted at 1 site in the Netherlands.
This is a pilot study to investigate if the extended release formulation of WD-1603 generates anticipated plasma concentration profile. The study is an open-label, sequential, 3-way crossover study to evaluate if WD-1603 generates anticipated plasma levodopa exposure compared to Sinemet IR tablets in healthy subjects. The study comprises of a medical Screening visit, three 2-night (3-day) Treatment periods, 2 outpatient visits, and a Follow-up visit. Study drug administration in each Treatment period is separated by a washout interval of 5 days. The Follow-up visit will occur approximately 7 days (±1) following the last study drug administration. The duration of subject participation, including screening, is approximately 6 weeks.
The study evaluates the bioequivalence of the Test formulation, 0.5 mg Fingolimod HCl capsule (Asofarma S.A.I. y C. on behalf of Tolmar, Batch No. 22264), relative to that of the Reference formulation, 0.5 mg Gilenya® (fingolimod) capsule (Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Batch No. S0099), following oral administration of a single oral dose of 3 x 0.5 mg in healthy, adult, male and female subjects under fasting conditions.
The Neuromatrix pain model and new findings on pain chronification process point to a greater efficacy of treatments that address central and peripheral rather than only peripheral structures. Both cerebral and peripheral electrical stimulations can modulate brain areas involved in pain processing. However, their effects on pain modulation systems and clinical outcomes are lacking. This study aims to investigate the efficacy of transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) and peripheral electrical stimulation (PES) alone as well tDCS combined with PES on pressure pain threshold and conditioned pain modulation in healthy subjects.
This study is testing the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK--the amount of study drug in the blood), pharmacodynamics (PD), how the study drug affects the body) and immunogenicity (how the study drug affects the immune system) of single and multiple doses and dose levels of an investigational drug called ALPN-101.
This protocol has been designed for a collection of urine samples from volunteers who will be given high dose biotin supplements over a period of 5 days, in order to provide a research sample bank to examine for biotin excretion rates
