Filter by:This is a single-centre, open-label, non-randomised, single oral dose study in healthy male subjects. It is planned to enrol a single cohort of 6 healthy male subjects to ensure data in 4 evaluable subjects. Each subject will receive a single administration of 120 mg [14C] varlitinib oral suspension containing not more than (NMT) 2.9 MBq (79 µCi), in the fed state.
The study objective is to evaluate and validate of endogenous markers for the assessment of change in CYP3A activity by route of administration in Korean healthy subjects using metabolomics. In addition, we aim to screen novel endogenous marker, which could determine the total or intestinal CYP activity.
This single center, randomized, 15-day clinical trial is being conducted to assess the changes to the skin microbiome of induced wounds on the back in approximately 35 healthy adult subjects aged 18-55 years, with Fitzpatrick Skin Types I - III. Microbiome and skin physiology assessments will be completed.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the absorption of BMS-986205 into the bloodstream of healthy volunteers, when administered as an intact tablet taken orally, or as a crushed tablet taken orally with soft food, or as a crushed tablet suspension taken via a nasogastric (NG) tube. Eligible participants will be randomly assigned to 1 of 4 treatment sequences and will receive a single dose of BMS-986205 twice during the course of the study.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of taking multiple doses of BMS-986177 when aspirin is taken once-daily. Eligible participants will receive twice-daily doses of BMS-986177 or placebo, with a once-daily dose of aspirin. The safety, tolerability and movement of BMS-986177 into, through and out of the body (pharmacokinetics/PK) will be assessed, as will the effect of BMS-986177 on the PK of aspirin.
This is a phase 1 open-label 4-part study to evaluate the effect of food, cytochrome P450 inhibition and induction on the pharmacokinetics of CC 122 in healthy adult subjects. Approximately 81 subjects will be enrolled. There will be approximately 24 subjects in Part 1 and approximately 19 subjects in Parts 2, 3, and 4, respectively. Subjects may participate in 1 part only.
The XEN1101 Phase 1 clinical trial is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study that will evaluate the safety, tolerability and PK of both single ascending doses (SAD) and multiple ascending doses (MAD) of XEN1101 in healthy subjects. In addition to safety and PK data, the clinical trial has been designed to include a pharmacodynamic read-out by incorporating a pilot transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) sub-study. The TMS model sub-study is designed to demonstrate delivery of XEN1101 into the central nervous system and to observe a change in cortical excitability as measured by EEG and/or electromyographic (EMG) activity. Part 3, 4 and 5: Phase 1, randomised, multi part study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, PK, relative bioavailability and food effect of single and multiple ascending doses of XEN1101 and Preliminary Drug-Drug Interaction Assessment with Itraconazole.
