Inclusion Criteria: - no diseases - nonsmoker - BMI 25-30 kg/m² - blood pressure <160/100 mm/Hg - unmedicated - untrained status - V?O2max < 50 mL/kg/min |
Allocation: Randomized, Endpoint Classification: Efficacy Study, Intervention Model: Crossover Assignment, Masking: Open Label, Primary Purpose: Prevention
