NCT ID: NCT05675943 Recruiting - COVID-19 Clinical Trials

Efficacy and Safety of the Anti-COVID-19 Antibody SA55 for Injection in Patients With Hematological Disorders Who Are Persistently Positive for COVID-19

Start date: January 9, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This study is a multicenter, randomized, single-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Anti-COVID-19 Antibody SA55 for Injection in patients with hematological malignancies. This study consists of two stages. In the first stage, 8 subjects aged 18-75 were recruited for safety assessment, including the monitoring of clinical test indicators and adverse events. After confirming the preliminary safety results of the first stage, we plan to recruit 160 COVID-19 patients with hematologic disorders aged 1-75 years old and randomly divided into the SA55 group and the placebo group with a ratio of 3:1. Basic information and laboratory tests will be collected during the whole study, and the occurrence of adverse events and SAEs of all subjects were collected.

NCT ID: NCT05675826 Recruiting - COVID-19 Clinical Trials

The Impact of Donor COVID-19 Infection Status on the Recipient in Allo-HSCT

Start date: December 26, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study was conducted to observe whether COVID-19 can be transmitted through stem cell transplantation and whether COVID-19-positive donors have an effect on early hematopoietic reconstitution and immune reconstitution in the recipients.

NCT ID: NCT05675761 Recruiting - COVID-19 Clinical Trials

The Efficacy and Safety of Azovudine in the Treatment of COVID-19

Start date: January 4, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study is a prospective, multicenter clinical study. It is intended to discuss the efficacy of starting Azovudine treatment as early as possible for all types of patients of COVID-19, the time of remission of specific symptoms, the proportion of patients with severe diseases, oxygen and conditions, and related adverse reactions, so as to understand the efficacy and safety of Azovudine treatment in all types of COVID-19, and provide real world data support for the treatment of the majority of COVID-19 patients.

NCT ID: NCT05675748 Not yet recruiting - COVID-19 Clinical Trials

Real-world Study Evaluating the Efficacy and Safety of Azvudine in Nursing Home Patients

Start date: January 15, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study was a multicenter, non-intervention, real world study. To evaluate the efficacy and safety of azvudine in nursing homes with mild/common COVID-19 patients. The primary outcome measure was the proportion of patients with severe/critical illness within 28 days.

NCT ID: NCT05675072 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Mild to Moderate COVID-19

Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of FB2001 for Inhalation in Patients With Mild to Moderate COVID-19

Start date: January 4, 2023
Phase: Phase 2/Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This study is a double-blind,randomized,placebo-controlled study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of FB2001 for Inhalation in patients with mild to moderate Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19). A total of about 1336 subjects are planned to be enrolled. The subjects will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio to FB2001 group or placebo group while both receiving standard of care treatment.

NCT ID: NCT05672810 Completed - COVID-19 Clinical Trials

Serum Level of Ferritin and D-dimer and the Severity of (COVID 19) Infection

Start date: April 1, 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Many laboratory biomarkers were used for diagnosis of COVID-19 infection; however, their accuracy to assess the severity and prognosis are still to be evaluated. Aim: to correlate between the serum Ferritin and D-dimer levels and the severity of COVID-19 infection and its outcome (mortality, days of hospital stay, ICU admission or mechanical ventilation). A retrospective study conducted by retrieving patients' data who were admitted to Ain Shams University Specialized Hospital - Obour branch and diagnosed with COVID-19 infection in the period from 1st of April 2020 to 31st of July 2020.

NCT ID: NCT05672654 Withdrawn - Covid19 Clinical Trials

Evaluation of Post-SARS-CoV-2 Vaccinal Response in Immunocompromised Patients

Start date: May 10, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The aim of this study is to identify both the humoral immunological response through the detection of induced antibodies and the cellular immunological response through the detection of interferon gamma production by functional CD4+ and CD8+ cells in different groups of immunocompromised patients. For antibody detection, LIAISON® SARS-CoV-2 TrimericS assay (DiaSorin) will be used and for the evaluation of cellular immunity - QuantiFERON SARS-CoV-2 assay (QIAGEN).
