Filter by:This study will investigate how ensovibep is distributed throughout the body, the safety and the tolerability of ensovibep in healthy volunteers
phase I study will evaluate safety and immunogenicity of a recombinant SARS-CoV-2 vaccine (CHO cell) in Chinese healthy population aged 3 years and older. 300 subjects will be enrolled and divided into 5 age groups: 18-59 years old group, 60-69 years old group, ≥70 years old group, 9-17 years old group and 3-8 years old group. In each group, there are two regimen cohort: low-dose at 0,30, 60 schedule and high-dose at 0,30,60 schedule. The subjects in regimen cohort will be randomized to receive vaccines or placebos at a ratio of 2:1. Phase II clinical study will explore dose and immunization procedures in 5 age groups, including 18-59 years old group, 60-69 years old group, ≥70 years old group, 9-17 years old group, and 3-8 years old group, with a total of 3280 subjects.
Given its anti-viral, anti-oxidative, immune-enhancing, cytokine-modulating, and anticoagulant properties, the investigators hypothesize that Selenium infusion at supranutritional doses for moderately-ill, severely-ill, and critically-ill COVID-19 patients will prevent further clinical deterioration thus decreasing overall mortality and improving survival. To test this hypothesis, a prospective, single-center, phase II trial is proposed to assess the efficacy of Selenium in hospitalized adult patients with moderate, severe, and critical COVID-19 infections.
This is a randomized phase II placebo controlled clinical trial. Active arm: Allogeneic Wharton's jelly derived MSCs (WJ-MSCs). Both groups will receive standard of care treatment for COVID (e.g. dexamethasone)
The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of Proxalutamide (GT0918) in male outpatients with mild to moderate COVID-19 disease
Prospective study of both maternal and fetal outcomes of those pregnancies that were complicated by COVID-19 infection at various gestational ages. The follow up will be from the time the diagnosis was made till discharge of the mother and her baby from the hospital.
This is an open-label, single-center, phase I study to assess the safety and efficacy of convalescent plasma therapy (CPT) obtained from donors who were tested positive for SARS-CoV-2 and fully recovered from the infection and administered to patients who are infected with the new coronavirus and present dyspnea or a poor prognosis
The purpose of this study is to compare the risks of COVID-19 in individuals from Chicagoland communities randomized to low (400 IU/day) vs. moderate (4,000 IU/day) or high (10,000 IU/day) dose vitamin D.
This is phase II study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of inhaled Ampion in adults with respiratory distress due to COVID-19
Radiological and lung function recovery following Covid-19 infection.
