Low-frequency percutaneous electrical stimulation is the application of an electrical current of <1000Hz through acupuncture needles located on the epineurium of the peripheral nervous system. The hypothesis is that by placing the electrode, needle, closer to the nerve, a greater stimulation of the same will be achieved, thus being able to obtain greater effects. The goal is to determine if this technique has any effect on grip strength in the short term.

Nasobiliary Drain Assisted EUS-guided Gastroenterostomies in Unresectable Malignant Gastric Outlet Obstruction

Gastric outlet obstruction in malignant disease appears when the tumor affects the gastroduodenal area, precluding the passage of food into the small bowel. This condition severely affects the quality of life. In patients with unresectable tumors, there are various available treatments:a surgical bypass connecting the stomach to the small bowel, placing a stent through the tumor to widen the passage and creating a gastrointestinal bypass with a lumen apposing metal stent. These stents are deployed with an echoendoscope, which allows to identify a small bowel loop and to deploy the stent, connecting the small bowel and the stomach. This is called a EUS-guided gastroenterostomy (EUS-GE). EUS-GE is a rather novel procedure. Various techniques to create EUS-GE have been proposed. In this study, the investigators will retrieve data from the procedure and during the thirty following days from consecutive patients undergoing an EUS-GE. The objectives of the study are: - To perform a detailed step by step description of the nasobiliary drain assisted EUS-GE - To describe the adverse events encountered - To describe the proportion of clinical and technical success - To assess its impact on the patients' quality of life. - To assess the evolution of the oral intake during the first month after the procedure

Participants will receive satralizumab as monotherapy or in combination with one of the following background immunosuppressive treatments: azathioprine (AZA), mycophenolate mofetil (MMF), or oral corticosteroids.

Bedside lung ultrasonography helps to obtain reliable clinical information about lung aeration, that has been categorized by means of the so-called lung ultrasound score (LUS). In critically ill adults, LUS has been related with the outcome both in patients with respiratory and some non-respiratory conditions. Pediatric studies about lung aeration have been done mainly on postoperative cardiac patients and infants with bronchiolitis. In this prospective, observational, multicenter, feasibility and diagnostic accuracy study, we will explore the degree of lung aeration impairment as a potential outcome predictor in critically ill children with a variety of underlying conditions. Children from 1 month to 18 years of age admitted to PICU will be recruited and LUS will be calculated at two time points: at 12 ± 6 hours and at 48-72 hours. Univariate and multivariate statistical analysis will be performed in order to ascertain the outcome influence of clinical factors in general and LUS in particular.

A Study to Investigate the Relationship Between Duration of Treatment and Response in Patients With Multiple Myeloma (MM) or Systemic AL Amyloidosis Treated in Real-life Practice

The study will provide information on outcomes in people with multiple myeloma, or systemic AL amyloidosis, or both, under standard care. AL is short for amyloid light-chain. Standard care means the participant will be treated according to their clinic's standard practice. The study sponsor will not be involved in how participants are treated but will provide instructions on how the clinics will record what happens during the study. The aim of the study is to learn if treatment duration makes a difference in how participants with multiple myeloma or systemic AL amyloidosis respond to their treatment. During the study, participants will be treated according to their clinic's standard practice. Participants must have started their treatment up to 12 months before taking part in this study. During the study, the participants will visit their clinic every 3 months. These are extra visits to their clinic's standard visits.
