There are about 2700 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Bulgaria. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This is an interventional, double blind, randomized (2:1), and placebo-controlled study of 2 infusions of a 1 dose regimen of HepaStem in patients recently diagnosed (≤1 week) with ACLF grade 1 or 2 on top of Standard of Care (SoC), and for whom the diagnosis is not resolved on the day of infusion.
This is a study designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability and efficacy of New Molecular Entity (NME) combination therapies in Chronic Hepatitis B (CHB) participants with preserved liver function and without significant fibrosis/cirrhosis. The platform design allows comparison of multiple NME combination therapies against a common control, and introduction of additional treatment arms at later study time points. Each arm will consist of a screening phase (up to 8 weeks), treatment phase (up to 48 weeks) and post-treatment follow-up phase (48 weeks). The safety and efficacy will be monitored throughout the study.
This is an open-label long-term multicenter phase 3 trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of ARGX-113 in adult patients with primary ITP.
The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the clinical efficacy of rozanolixizumab in maintenance treatment and assess safety and tolerability of rozanolixizumab in adult study participants with primary immune thrombocytopenia (ITP).
The study is a prospective two-arm, open-label, interventional study with four treatment procedures and two follow-up visits.
The purpose of this extension study was to establish efficacy and safety of ligelizumab. This was assessed in adult and adolescent chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU) patients who had completed a preceding ligelizumab study and have relapsed, following treatment in these preceding studies, despite standard of care H1-antihistamine (H1-AH) treatment. This study also fulfilled the Novartis commitment to provide post-trial access to patients who had completed studies: CQGE031C2302 (NCT03580369), CQGE031C2303 (NCT03580356), CQGE031C2202 (NCT03437278) or CQGE031C1301 (NCT03907878).
This Phase 3 study is designed to compare the efficacy and safety of mirvetuximab soravtansine vs. investigator's choice chemotherapy in patients with platinum-resistant high-grade epithelial ovarian cancer, primary peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer, whose tumors express a high-level of FRα. Patients will be, in the opinion of the Investigator, appropriate for single-agent therapy for their next line of therapy. Folate receptor alpha (FRα) positivity will be defined by the Ventana FOLR1 (FOLR1-2.1) CDx assay.
The purpose of this study was to provide up to 52 weeks of efficacy, safety and tolerability data to support registration of intravenous (i.v.) secukinumab (Initial dose of 6 mg/kg at Baseline (BSL) followed thereafter with 3 mg/kg administered every four weeks) in patients with active psoriatic arthritis (PsA) despite current or previous Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), Disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARDs) and/or anti-tumor necrosis factor (TNF) therapy.
The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of platinum-based chemotherapy with or without INCMGA00012 in participants with metastatic squamous and nonsquamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
This study is investigating how Mim8 works in people with haemophilia A, who either have inhibitors or do not have inhibitors. Mim8 is a new medication that will be used for prevention of bleeding episodes. Mim8 works by replacing the function of the missing clotting factor VIII (FVIII). Mim8 will be injected with a thin needle in the skin of the stomach, using a pen-injector. The study will last for up to 44 months. It consists of a main phase (part 1 and part 2) and an extension phase. In part 1, participants will be injected only once with either Mim8 or a "dummy" medicine (placebo) - which one will be decided by chance. In part 2 and the extension phase participants will get an Mim8 injection weekly or monthly.
