Eligibility | Inclusion Criteria: - cirrhotic patients with oesophageal varices - cirrhotic patients without oesophageal varices Exclusion Criteria: - Patients with hepato-cellular carcinomas [HCCs], portal vein thrombosis, hepatic encephalopathy. - Patients with positive HCV antibody, but without liver cirrhosis diagnostic criteria |
