NCT ID: NCT04728893 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Hematologic Malignancies

Efficacy and Safety of Nemtabrutinib (MK-1026) in Participants With Hematologic Malignancies (MK-1026-003)

Start date: April 5, 2021
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of nemtabrutinib (formerly ARQ 531) in participants with hematologic malignancies of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)/ small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL), Richter's transformation, marginal zone lymphoma (MZL), mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), follicular lymphoma (FL), and Waldenström's macroglobulinemia (WM).

NCT ID: NCT04458610 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia/Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma

Zanubrutinib and Rituximab for the Treatment of Previously Untreated Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia or Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma

Start date: May 26, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase II trial studies how well zanubrutinib and rituximab work in treating patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma for which the patient has not received treatment in the past (previously untreated). Zanubrutinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Rituximab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. The study is being done to find out if zanubrutinib combined with rituximab can help control previously untreated chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma.

NCT ID: NCT04419519 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL)

Assessing Minimal Residual Disease by Next- Generation Sequencing to Minimize Exposure in People With CLL or SLL Who Have Been Treated With Venetoclax

Start date: May 13, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study will find out whether people with CLL or SLL who have received treatment with venetoclax, either alone or in combination with another drug, and who are found to be MRD-negative, can stop treatment with venetoclax and remain off-treatment for 12 months or more. The researchers will also see whether study participants remain MRD-negative after they stop treatment with venetoclax.

NCT ID: NCT04186520 Recruiting - Follicular Lymphoma Clinical Trials

CAR-20/19-T Cells in Patients With Relapsed Refractory B Cell Malignancies

Start date: May 18, 2020
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase I/II, interventional, single-arm, open-label, treatment study designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of Interleukin-7 and Interleukin-15 (IL-7/IL-15) manufactured chimeric antigen receptor (CAR)-20/19-T cells as well as the feasibility of a flexible manufacturing schema in adult patients with B cell malignancies that have failed prior therapies.

NCT ID: NCT04116437 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Mantle Cell Lymphoma

Zanubrutinib (BGB-3111) in Participants With Previously Treated B-Cell Lymphoma Intolerant of Prior Bruton Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor (BTKi) Treatment

Start date: October 15, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the safety of zanubrutinib (also known as BGB-3111) in chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma, Waldenström macroglobulinemia, mantle cell lymphoma, or marginal zone lymphoma patients who have become intolerant of prior ibrutinib and/or acalabrutinib treatment, by comparing intolerance to adverse event profile as assessed by the recurrence and the change in severity of adverse events.

NCT ID: NCT04072458 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Mantle Cell Lymphoma

A Clinical Trial of BP1002 in Patients With Advanced Lymphoid Malignancies

Start date: November 5, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This study evaluates the safety, pharmacokinetics, and efficacy of BP1002 (L-Bcl-2) antisense oligonucleotide in patients with advanced lymphoid malignancies. Up to 12 evaluable patients with a diagnosis of relapsed or refractory lymphoid malignancies are expected to participate.

NCT ID: NCT03853616 Recruiting - Clinical trials for B-cell Lymphoma Refractory

MB-CART19.1 r/r CD19+ B-cell Malignancies (BCM)

Start date: November 26, 2018
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a phase l/ll multi-centric, single arm, prospective open, dose-escalation study in patients with relapsed or refractory CD19-positive B cell malignancies (ALL, NHL, CLL). The trial will include adult and pediatric patients. The trial consists of 2 parts: Part I and Part II. In total approximately 48 patients will be included in Part I of the trial. There will be three individual cohorts, defined by disease biology: pediatric ALL and aggressive pediatric NHL (Cohort 1), adult ALL (Cohort 2) and adult NHL/CLL (Cohort 3).

NCT ID: NCT03824483 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL)

Study of Zanubrutinib, Obinutuzumab, and Venetoclax in Patients With Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) or Small Lymphocytic Leukemia (SLL)

Start date: February 22, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to determine the rate of minimum residual disease (MRD) negative response (i.e. the rate of no evidence of disease) of the study drugs, zanubrutinib, obinutuzumab, and venetoclax, given in combination as a treatment for CLL and/or SLL.
