Filter by:Spread pattern, the lack of alternative treatments, and emerging data on the activity of anti-Programmed death ligand 1 (PDL1) targeted checkpoint inhibitor therapy in gynecological cancers provide the rationale for this investigation. Surgery and Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy (HIPEC) are likely to increase the tumor-antigen expression and the mutational load. As a result, it would be interesting to combine this approach with immunotherapy. Moreover, Intraperitoneal (IP) infusion will directly target the peritoneal cavity and potentially enhance the immune response. Indeed some recent papers indicate that the peritoneum could be considered as a lymphoid organ, involving "milky spots", thus able to produce a better immune response when immunotherapy is given by IP route rather than intravenous (IV) route. The investigating team in Lyon, France is one of the major groups for HIPEC research in Europe (Pr O. Glehen et al) - Reference center for the tumors of the peritoneum (French National Cancer Institute). The aim of this study is to assess in this I/II phase study, the feasibility of extensive debulking surgery and HIPEC followed by Intraperitoneal (IP) nivolumab dose escalation in patients with advanced ovarian carcinoma.
The purpose of this study is to find out if it is possible to establish a nutritional support program for people who are scheduled to receive primary debulking surgery. Design: This will be a prospective observational study to assess the feasibility of implementing a preoperative nutrition supplementation program.
This is an open-label, single-arm Phase 2 study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of combination of niraparib and dostarlimab (TSR-042) in participants with advanced, relapsed, high-grade ovarian, fallopian tube, endometrioid, clear cell ovarian or primary peritoneal cancer without known breast cancer susceptibility gene (BRCA) mutation who have platinum-resistant disease and who have also been previously treated with bevacizumab.
Prospective, monocentric study aiming to identify factors involved in platinum based-chemotherapy resistance in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer (all stages). Patients will receive treatment (platinum based-chemotherapy) according to the standard practices. A prospective database and an associated biological collection will be performed during 5 years: - For each patient: clinical, biological, epidemiological and therapeutic treatment data will be collected during the standard therapeutic care. - Biological samples (blood samples, tumor biopsy specimens and ascites samples) will be collected for all patients. These samples will be collected at the same time as those taken in standard practice (no additional biopsy will be performed for the study). Study participation of each patient will be 5 years.
The purpose of this clinical study is to confirm the utility of chemosensitivity (ChemoID) tumor testing on cancer stem cells as a predictor of clinical response in recurrent platinum resistant epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC), fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer. Population studied will be female participants experiencing a recurrent platinum-resistant ovarian cancer (no mucinous, low grade serous, or pure sarcoma types), with ≤ 5 prior treatments, and a performance status 0-1.
The purpose of this protocol is to investigate the efficacy of the combination of CB-839 with Niraparib in platinum resistant BRCA wild-type ovarian cancer patients. The primary and secondary objectives are to determine the maximum tolerated dose of CB-839 in combination with Niraparib and to determine the response rate and percentage of participants who remain progression free at 6 months.
Ascites samples from women undergoing surgery for ovarian cancer will be collected for use in translational research.
