Filter by:This is a Phase 1, open-label, dose-escalation ,and multidose study, aiming to investigate the safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetics of Gimatecan in Advanced Ovarian Epithelial Cancer, Fallopian Tube Cancer or Primary Peritoneal Cancer. To explore the dose-limiting toxicity (DLT) and the maximum tolerable dose (MTD) of oral administration of Gimatecan capsules 5 consecutive days, every 28 days.
The goal of this non-randomized prospective study is to use 18F-EF5-PET/CT imaging to identify and locate intraabdominal hypoxic ovarian cancer lesions. With targeted surgical sampling, precisely obtain hypoxic and potentially chemoresistant cancer tissue for our analyses and identify key molecular differences between hypoxic and non-hypoxic tumors within the same patient. A portion of advanced stage EOC are inoperable at diagnosis and can be treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) before surgery. This approach offers a unique opportunity to study how hypoxic tumor areas respond to treatment.
The study is conducted to evaluate the efficacy, safety and tolerability of apatinib (375 mg qd) and etoposide capsule (50 mg/d, d1-14, q3w) in subjects with platinum resistant or refractory ovarian cancer compared with weekly paclitaxel (80 mg/m2, d1, d8, d15, q3w).
The goals of this prospective, observational cohort study are to determine the feasibility of implementing paclitaxel therapeutic drug monitoring for cancer patients and explore the relationship between paclitaxel drug exposure and the development of neuropathic symptoms. This trial studies if paclitaxel can be consistently measured in the blood of patients with solid tumors undergoing paclitaxel treatment. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Nerve damage is one of the most common and severe side effects of paclitaxel. The ability to consistently measure paclitaxel in the blood may allow doctors to control the dose of paclitaxel, so that enough chemotherapy is given to kill the cancer, but the side effect of nerve damage is reduced.
This is a Phase II, open-label, multicenter, randomized umbrella study to evaluate the efficacy of cytoreductive surgery and Niraparib maintenance in participants with platinum-sensitive secondary recurrent ovarian cancer. Cohort 1 will focus on participants without prior use of PARP inhibitor, and without prior secondary cytoreduction (SCR) when first recurrence. Cohort 2 will focus on participants with prior use of PARP inhibitor, but without prior SCR when first recurrence. Cohort 3 will focus on participants with SCR when first recurrence, but without prior use of PARP inhibitor.
A Clinical and Biological Database will provide to the scientific community a collection of blood and tissues with clinical datas to improve knowledge about cancer and help to develope new cancer treatments. This database is specific to epithetial ovarian cancer, Fallopian tube cancer and Primitive peritoneal cancer.
This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of talazoparib in combination with radiation therapy and to see how well they work in treating patients with gynecologic cancers that have come back after previous treatment (recurrent). Talazoparib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Giving talazoparib in combination with radiation therapy may work better in treating patients with gynecologic cancers.
Prospective, monocentric study aiming to identify factors involved in platinum based-chemotherapy resistance in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer (all stages). Patients will receive treatment (platinum based-chemotherapy) according to the standard practices. A prospective database and an associated biological collection will be performed during 5 years: - For each patient: clinical, biological, epidemiological and therapeutic treatment data will be collected during the standard therapeutic care. - Biological samples (blood samples, tumor biopsy specimens and ascites samples) will be collected for all patients. These samples will be collected at the same time as those taken in standard practice (no additional biopsy will be performed for the study). Study participation of each patient will be 5 years.
Ascites samples from women undergoing surgery for ovarian cancer will be collected for use in translational research.
To evaluate the efficacy of romiplostim for the treatment of CIT in patients receiving chemotherapy for the treatment of NSCLC, ovarian cancer, or breast cancer measured by the ability to administer on-time, full-dose chemotherapy
