NCT ID: NCT04001777 Recruiting - Clinical trials for EGFR Positive Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

A Study of APG-1252 Plus Osimertinib(AZD9291) in EGFR TKI Resistant NSCLC Patients

Start date: July 4, 2019
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

There are unmet medical needs in patients who resist to EGFR TKIs, especially to osimertinib; APG-1252 shows synergy with osimertinib in both osimertinib treatment naïve and resistant cell lines. This study is to explore the safety and efficacy of the combination of APG-1252 and osimertinib in 3rd generation TKI resistant patients and 3rd generation TKI treatment naïve patients.

NCT ID: NCT03998085 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Anlotinib Single Drug as the Maintenance Treatment for Advanced NSCLC

Start date: March 5, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Based on the need of clinical practice of maintenance therapy for advanced NSCLC and the reliable data of third-line treatment for non-small cell lung cancer, the investigators designed a clinical study of anlotinib in maintenance therapy for advanced NSCLC to prospectively evaluate the efficacy of anlotinib in maintenance therapy for advanced NSCLC. Value, to provide a scientific basis for prolonging the survival time of patients with advanced NSCLC, improving the quality of life of patients in the course of treatment, and optimizing treatment strategies to a greater extent.

NCT ID: NCT03997799 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)

Comparison of Two Techniques of Uniportal VATS Lobectomies for Clinical Stage I Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Start date: June 10, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Aim of the study is to compare safety and tolerance of two techniques of Video Assisted Thoracic Surgery (VATS) uniportal lobectomies in the prospective randomized single-institutional trial. One arm is a uniportal lobectomy performed through the transcervical approach with elevation of the sternum, the other arm will utilize a standard uniportal intercostal approache. There will be 10 patients in each group. Patients in clinical stage cI-III (T1-3N0-2M0) Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC). The results will be compared for time of the procedure, number of conversions to multi-portal VATS and/or open thoracotomy, duration and volume of chest drainage, amount of postoperatve pain, time of hospitalization and the number of resected lymph nodes and metastatic nodes. Accrual of patients is planned to complete within 12 months.

NCT ID: NCT03992885 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-squamous Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Clinical Study of Combination Therapy With Ectiecinib, Pemetrexed and Platinum in Patients With Metastatic Non-squamous Non-small Cell Lung Cancer With EGFR Mutations.

Start date: July 1, 2019
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This single-arm, open, multicenter clinical study is going to evaluate the efficacy and safety of combination therapy with ectiecinib, pemetrexed and platinum in patients with metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer with EGFR mutations who did not progress after pemetrexed in combination with platinum-based chemotherapy.

NCT ID: NCT03991819 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-small Cell Carcinoma

Study of Binimetinib in Combination With Pembrolizumab in Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Start date: September 20, 2019
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase I/Ib study whose purpose is to find out if combining an experimental drug called binimetinib with pembrolizumab is beneficial in people who have advanced non-small cell lung cancer. This study may also see if the combination is safe and may also find the best dose of binimetinib that should be added to pembrolizumab.

NCT ID: NCT03987867 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Study of Autologous CIK Cell Immunotherapy Combination With PD-1 Inhibitor and Chemotherapy in the Advanced NSCLC

Start date: June 1, 2019
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This prospective, unicentric, open-labe phase I study is to evaluate the effects of autologous cytokine-induced killer cell immunotherapy combination with PD-1 inhibitor and chemotherapy in the first-line treatment of IIIB/IIIC/IV non-small cell lung cancer.

NCT ID: NCT03987555 Recruiting - Solid Tumor, Adult Clinical Trials

Paclitaxel Therapeutic Drug Monitoring in Cancer Patients

Start date: November 11, 2019
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The goals of this prospective, observational cohort study are to determine the feasibility of implementing paclitaxel therapeutic drug monitoring for cancer patients and explore the relationship between paclitaxel drug exposure and the development of neuropathic symptoms. This trial studies if paclitaxel can be consistently measured in the blood of patients with solid tumors undergoing paclitaxel treatment. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Nerve damage is one of the most common and severe side effects of paclitaxel. The ability to consistently measure paclitaxel in the blood may allow doctors to control the dose of paclitaxel, so that enough chemotherapy is given to kill the cancer, but the side effect of nerve damage is reduced.

NCT ID: NCT03987087 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Malignant Pleural Effusion

A Randomized Study of Primary Tumor Radiotherapy for Patients With MPE Stage IV NSCLC

Start date: September 1, 2018
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This randomized phase II study compare survival outcomes and toxicity of malignant pleural effusion stage IV non small-cell lung cancer patients Intrapleural infusion chemotherapy in combination with concurrent thoracic radiation therapy (TRT) VS not combination with concurrent thoracic radiation therapy (TRT).

NCT ID: NCT03986528 Recruiting - NSCLC Clinical Trials
