ctDNA-MRD Guided Consolidation Toripalimab in Stage IB-IIIA NSCLC

CONTINUE
Start date: July 1, 2024
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study aims to incorporate circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA)-minimal residual disease (MRD) to personalize the administration of consolidation toripalimab therapy in resected stage IB-IIIA non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) after adjuvant therapy. Toripalimab is a humanized monoclonal antibody for human programmed cell death protein 1. Toripalimab was approved as a consolidation treatment after perioperative therapy in combination with chemotherapy for resectable stage III NSCLC.

NCT ID: NCT06424899 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non Small Cell Lung Cancer

A Study Comparing Neoadjuvant Chemoimmunotherapy and Immuno-consolidationafter Compared With Immunoconsolidation After Radical Chemoradiotherapy for Stage III Potentially Resectable NSCLC

Start date: May 19, 2024
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

To evaluate the efficacy and safety adebrelimab in Combination with chemotherapy after 3 cycles as neoadjuvant therapy and surgery or chemoradiotherapy based on MDT compared with adebrelimab after chemoradiotherapy in potentially operable stage III NSCLC.

NCT ID: NCT06422546 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non Small Cell Lung Cancer

A Prospective, Multicenter, Non-interventional, Real-world Study to Characterize Changes in Molecular Markers After Three Weeks of Targeted Therapy With Oxitinib in EGFRm NSCLC

pre-FLAME
Start date: January 15, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

To evaluate the characteristics of genetic variationmutations at baseline and 3 weeks after oxitinib treatment in EGFRm NSCLC

NCT ID: NCT06422143 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Pembrolizumab With or Without Maintenance Sacituzumab Tirumotecan (Sac-TMT; MK-2870) in Metastatic Squamous Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) [MK-2870-023]

Start date: July 2, 2024
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This is a phase 3 study of pembrolizumab in combination with carboplatin/taxane (paclitaxel or nab-paclitaxel) followed by pembrolizumab with or without maintenance sacituzumab tirumotecan (sac-TMT; MK-2870) in first-line treatment of metastatic squamous non-small cell lung cancer. It is hypothesized that pembrolizumab with maintenance sacituzumab tirumotecan is superior to pembrolizumab without sacituzumab tirumotecan maintenance with respect to overall survival (OS).

NCT ID: NCT06418412 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Advanced EGFR Exon 20 Insertion Mutated Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

A Pan-Asian Clinical Database of EGFR Exon 20 Insertion Mutated NSCLC

Start date: March 15, 2024
Phase:
Study type: Observational

There are limited in depth studies on the epidemiology and clinical management of EGFR exon 20 insertion mutated NSCLC in Asia. In addition, there is preliminary data suggesting the exact location of the insertion and variant may influence the response and efficacy to novel EGFR targeted therapies. This study aims to fill this knowledge gap, by comprehensively characterising the epidemiology and clinical outcomes of Asian advanced EGFR exon 20 insertion mutated NSCLC patients.

NCT ID: NCT06418204 Not yet recruiting - Melanoma Clinical Trials

Assessing Benefits and Harms of Cannabis/Cannabinoid Use Among Cancer Patients Treated in Community Oncology Clinics

COSMIC
Start date: August 2024
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This is a multi-site clinical study enrolling 2000 newly diagnosed patients with breast, colorectal, melanoma, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, or non-small cell lung cancer, who are planning to receive one or more systemic cancer directed therapies with chemotherapy and/or (immune checkpoint inhibitors) ICIs.

NCT ID: NCT06417814 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Metastatic Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

A Study to Investigate the Efficacy and Safety of Dato-DXd With or Without Osimertinib Compared With Platinum Based Doublet Chemotherapy in Participants With EGFR-Mutated Locally Advanced or Metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

TROPION-Lung15
Start date: August 12, 2024
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This study will assess the effect of Dato-DXd in combination with osimertinib or Dato-DXd monotherapy versus platinum-based doublet chemotherapy in terms of progression-free survival (PFS).

NCT ID: NCT06417008 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-Squamous Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

A Study of HS-20117 Combined With Aumolertinib in Participants With Advanced Non-Squamous Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Start date: June 1, 2024
Phase: Phase 2/Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

HS-20117 is a fully-human EGFR-MET immunoglobulin G1(IgG1)-like bispecific antibody. The purpose of this study is to assess the safety, efficacy, pharmacokinetics and immunogenicity of HS-20117 combined with Aumolertinib in participants with epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutation (Exon 19 deletions [Exon 19del] or Exon 21 L858R substitution) positive, locally advanced or metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).

NCT ID: NCT06416852 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer NSCLC

Clinical Study of 18F-Alfatide Injection PET/CT

Start date: August 2024
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This is a multicenter, open, non-inferiority Phase III clinical study to evaluate the efficacy of 18F-Alfatide Injection PET/CT compared with 18F-FDG PET/CT in the diagnosis of lymph node metastasis in non-small cell lung cancer. This trial will include 428 patients with non-small cell lung cancer confirmed by imaging, histopathology and/or cytology or highly suspected by investigators, suspected lymph node metastasis and proposed radical surgery and lymph node dissection. Eligible subjects will receive 18F-Alfatide Injection PET/CT and 18F-FDG PET/CT scans within 1 week. Subjects will undergo relevant security checks before and after each scan. The subjects underwent radical surgery and lymph node dissection within 2 weeks of completing both scans, and the obtained lymph nodes were pathologically examined as the gold standard to compare the diagnostic efficacy of 18F-Alfatide versus 18F-FDG for lymph node metastasis.
