Filter by:Global, Phase 3, randomized, multicenter, open-label study evaluating the efficacy and safety of furmonertinib (firmonertinib) at 2 dose levels (160 mg once daily [QD] and 240 mg QD) compared to platinum-based chemotherapy in previously untreated patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-squamous Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) with Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) exon 20 insertion mutations. A target of approximately 375 patients will be randomized in a 1:1:1 ratio to treatment with furmonertinib 240 mg QD, furmonertinib 160 mg QD, or platinum-based chemotherapy.
This prospective study will examine eosinophils in various biological materials to compare the detection in those materials and ascertain the prognostic and predictive role of eosinophils in untreated non-small cell lung cancer patient.
AMAZE-lung is a multicenter single-arm phase II trial. The protocol treatment consists of amivantamab, lazertinib and bevacizumab (Zirabev®), given in a three-weekly regimen. The primary objective of the trial is to assess the efficacy of amivantamab and bevacizumab added to continued treatment with the third-generation EGFR-TKI lazertinib, in patients with EGFR-mutant advanced NSCLC, who have been previously treated with a third-generation EGFR-TKI in order to provide data on treatment effect and sample size required for a future phase III trial. In addition, the safety of the treatment combination will be evaluated.
A Phase 2 Study of Pembrolizumab in Combination with Plinabulin and Docetaxel in previously treated Patients with Metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer and progressive disease (PD) after immunotherapy (Anti-PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor) alone or in combination with Platinum-doublet Chemotherapy.
The purpose of this study is to describe the real-world patient and disease characteristics of metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) participants initiated on first-line (1L) treatment with nivolumab, ipilimumab, and platinum-based chemotherapy (NIVO/IPI/PBC), in the overall study population and the subpopulations per histological subtype of NSCLC and PD-L1 expression level.
The objective of this study is to monitor the usage of Lorviqua in real practice within label, including the adverse events associated with Lorviqua
Lung cancer is currently the world's largest malignant tumor for cancer-related deaths with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) accounting for 80%-85%. Epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors (EGFR-TKIs), especially the 3rd-generation EGFR-TKIs have demonstrated strong antitumor effects in EGFR-positive patients. However, approximately 20% of EGFR-positive were primarily resistant to 3rd generation EGFR-TKIs, i.e., clinical non-response or disease progression in the short term. This study aimed to clarify the molecular indicators that predict the benefits of 3-rd EGFR-TKIs as first-line therapy in NSCLCpatients with EGFR-positive. Further, to clarify their primary drug resistance mechanisms, which is of great significance for the treatment and clinical decision-making of NSCLC disease.
This single center open-label trial will enroll a single cohort of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who are ineligible for treatment with curative intent due to 1) disease stage IV, or 2) inability to tolerate intensive surgery or chemo-radiation. Patients will be eligible for the trial if ISMMS reviewed samples from tumor biopsy have a PDL-1 TPS ≥ 1% and have ECOG performance status rated 2 or 3. All patients will receive anti PD-1 therapy with pembrolizumab 200mg IV every 3 weeks, during which patients will also undergo serial QOL assessments. This trial will follow a phase II single arm, open label design. The study will enroll 45 patients evaluable for the primary endpoint of which will be change in QOL as measured by the EORTC's QLQ-C30 between Day 1 and Day 84 +/- 7 days. Secondary outcomes including evaluation for development of confounding mental health conditions will be evaluated via serial HADS assessments. Concomitant radiographic assessment with PET/CT, regardless of the doses of pembrolizumab received, will allow for evaluation of secondary efficacy outcomes, including disease response by RECIST 1.1 criteria.
The objective of this trial is to assess the safety and feasibility of delivering SBRT to patients with limited BMs (less than 10 lesions of lung cancer) by establishing the maximally tolerated dose (MTD) of SABR in 5 fractions.
