Inclusion Criteria: - Weight loss - Systemic solid cancer Exclusion Criteria: - Diabetes - Brain metastases - Expectant survival of less than 6 months - Serum creatinine above 200 umol/l - Persistent of recurrent fever - Cholestasis |
