This is a Prospective, non-interventional (NIS) observational study in patients (≥6 years) with atopic dermatitis (AD) receiving dupilumab for the prospective evaluation of signs and symptoms, quality of life and disease control. The aim of this NIS is the characterization of the AD patient population in Germany, receiving dupilumab under everyday conditions in terms of their medical history, socio-demographic and disease-related characteristics, associated atopic comorbidities and type 2 inflammation diseases, concomitant therapy as well as previous systemic and ongoing AD treatments. In addition to the therapeutic response rate at Month 6, the long-term efficacy of dupilumab at Month 12 and Month 24 will be assessed by additional outcomes by measuring disease control in AD patients using questionnaires such as Atopic Dermatitis Control Tool (ADCT) and Recap of Atopic Eczema (RECAP). In addition, this NIS aims to assess the dosing pattern of dupilumab for AD, including variations in dosing regimen, reason for dupilumab treatment initiation or discontinuation, or change in therapy and concomitant therapies and duration of treatment. In addition, the effect of dupilumab in adult and pediatric AD patients with associated atopic comorbidities or type-2 inflammation diseases are observed, which corresponds to the clinical care situation. Finally, this NIS aims to collect long-term safety data in adult, adolescent and pediatric AD patients treated with dupilumab. Individual observation period is 2 years or until dupilumab is discontinued. Visits will be scheduled according to standard of care.
This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicenter phase Ib/II clinical study to evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics and efficacy of AK120 in the treatment of subjects with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis.
In this study, the investigators will conduct a controlled trial to investigate the effects of a flexible patient-centred consultation with a focus on self-management support, well-being, treatment content, and self-management skills in patients with atopic dermatitis. The investigators will include 200 participants; 100 participants in a control group followed by 100 participants in an intervention group. The controlled trial will take place at the outpatient clinic at the Department of Dermatology and Allergy, Herlev-Gentofte Hospital and the daily management will be done by the project manager/Ph.d. student with support from the project group. In the control group, participants will be provided with care as usual. This means participants will be seen by a doctor and new participants will get an additional nurse session focusing on therapeutic patient education (TPE) in atopic dermatitis. The consultations are scheduled at regular intervals of approximately three months but with alterations if the participant needs to be seen before. In the intervention group, the set-up will be flexible patient-centred consultations. The first consultation for the participant will be with the doctor and depending on the participant's need, the following consultations can be scheduled with either a doctor- or a nurse consultation. After each consultation, it will be decided in collaboration between the healthcare professionals and the participant whether a nurse or a doctor consultation will be relevant next. The consultations (whether it is with the doctor or nurse) will be centered around the participant's choice of topics by use of an atopic dermatitis dialogue tool developed in the department. Additionally, the nurse consultation will focus on therapeutic patient education (TPE) in atopic dermatitis. The interval between consultations will depend on the participant's need
The study is to reflect the effectiveness and safety of MG-K10 humanized monoclonal antibody injection in patients with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis.administered every 4 weeks for 52 week
This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multi-center, phase 2 study in patients with mild to moderate Atopic Dermatitis(AD), which consists of 2 parts.
The goal of this observational study is to learn about the potential therapeutic effects of topical CBD products produced by Phoilex Ltd., specifically the Releaf Gel, in those diagnosed with atopic dermatitis. Patients will be routinely assessed via questionnaire, and physical measurements will be taken with respect to the affected area studied in order to judge clinical efficacy. The main question[s] it aims to answer are: - Did you experience an immediate increase in skin hydration? - Did you experience a soothing or comforting feeling on your irritated skin area? Please explain where your affected area is located, and also include at what time point this occurred. Example: Affected Area: Palm, Time Point: 1-hour post-application - Upon the affected area being in the healing phase, was your skin itch/scratch free for 4/6/10/12 hours (please circle)? - Did you experience immediate relief from your skin inflammation? - Did the study cream absorb quickly into your skin, without any greasy feeling? - Has your skin flare disappeared in 2 week(s)? - Has your skin condition appearance improved? (Yes/No) Participants will apply Phoilex Releaf Gel (a cream) to their affected areas of atopic dermatitis. The questions listed above shall be discussed and observations recorded at the 0 week, 1 week, 2 week, and 4 week time points. Additional monitoring questions may be asked of the participants to ensure the safety of the product. A chart will be provided to the participants to track Phoilex Releaf Gel usage (how many pumps, and time of day) throughout duration of the study. We hypothesize that Releaf gel will be suitable to ameliorate the common signs and symptoms of atopic dermatitis as well as improve patient quality of life.
This study is a single center, randomized, double-blind, Vehicle controlled,, single and multiple dose clinical study.
The goal of this randomized controlled trial is to study the (cost)effectiveness of extending the intervals between dupilumab doses in patients with well-controlled atopic eczema, while considering physician- and patient-reported disease severity, quality of life, and dupilumab serum trough levels. Patients will be divided randomly into three groups, receiving dupilumab 300 mg every 2 weeks, every 3 weeks, or every 4 weeks. Researchers will then compare the outcomes among these three groups.
The purpose of this study is to learn about the safety and effects of 2 study medicines (PF-07275315 and PF-07264660) for the treatment of atopic dermatitis (AD). AD is a long- lasting itchy red rash, caused by a skin reaction. This study is seeking participants who: - are 18 years of age or more. - Were confirmed to have AD at least 6 months ago. - Are not having an effective treatment result from medicines that are applied on skin for AD. - Are considered by their doctors to have moderate to severe AD. All participants in the study will receive either PF-07275315 or PF-07264660 or placebo. A placebo does not have any medicine in it but looks just like the medicines being studied. PF-07275315 or PF-07264660 or placebo will be given as multiple shots in the clinic over the course of 12 weeks. Stage 1 participants will receive shots at the study clinic on Day 1, Week 1, Week 2, Week 4, Week 6, Week 8, Week 10 and Week 12. Stage 2 participants will receive shots at the study clinic on Day 1, Week 4, Week 8 and Week 12. The experiences of people receiving PF-07275315 or PF-07264660 will be compared to people who do not. This will help determine if PF-07275315 and PF-07264660 are safe and effective. Participants will be involved in this study for up to 40 weeks (20 months). During this time, Stage 1 participants will have 16 visits at the study clinic, and Stage 2 participants will have 12 visits at the study clinic.
