Eligible participants will be those who are expected to benefit from the study medicine based on the investigator's discretion.

Dose-ranging Study With GLPG0634 in Methotrexate-refractory Active Rheumatoid Arthritis Patients

- Ninety patients suffering from active rheumatoid arthritis despite continued treatment with methotrexate will be evaluated for improvement of disease activity when taking GLPG0634 (4 different doses will be evaluated) or matching placebo for 4 weeks. - During the course of the study, patients will also be examined for any side effects that may occur, and the amount of GLPG0634 present in the blood as well as the effects of GLPG0634 on disease- and mechanism of action-related parameters in the blood will be determined.

This long-term, open-label extension study will evaluate the safety of RoActemra/Actemra (tocilizumab) in patients with polyarticular-course juvenile idiopathic arthritis who completed the WA19977 core study. Patients aged 9-18 years with at least JIA ACR30 clinical response to RoActemra/Actemra in the core study will be eligible to receive RoActemra/Actemra 8 mg/kg intravenously every 4 weeks. Anticipated time on study treatment is 104 weeks.

An Observational Study on Fatigue in Patients With Rheumatoid Arthritis Treated With RoActemra/Actemra (Tocilizumab)

This observational study will evaluate the presence and evolution of fatigue on treatment with RoActemra/Actemra (tocilizumab) in patients with moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis who have an inadequate response to at least two DMARDs (one of them methotrexate) or to anti-TNF treatment. Patients initiated on treatment with RoActemra/Actemra (8 mg/kg intravenously every 4 weeks) with or without methotrexate will be followed for 4 months.

Patients will receive RoActemra/Actemra 162 mg subcutaneously every week or every 2 weeks (qw or q2w). Anticipated time on study treatment is 96 weeks.
