Filter by:Objective: To evaluate the safety, feasibility and clinical efficacy of transthoracic single-hole assisted laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for Siewert Type Ⅱ adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction. Methods: A prospective, single-center, one-arm study will be performed. Patients who have been diagnosed with Siewert type Ⅱ esophagogastric junction adenocarcinoma and meet the eligibility criteria will be included in the study and undergo the transthoracic single-hole assisted laparoscopic radical gastrectomy. The data of preoperative, intraoperative, postoperative and follow-up will be recorded and analyzed. Primary study endpoints: The incidences of early postoperative complications and mortality. The secondary study endpoints:(1) Surgery and oncology indicators ;(2) Early postoperative recovery information ;(3) 3-year disease-free survival and overall survival rate;(4) 5-year disease-free survival and overall survival.
This is a nationwide, multicenter and prospective cohort study. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the synergistic effect and safety of Elemene plus TKIs in EGFR-mutated advanced non-small cell lung cancer.
This multicenter randomized trial aims to primarily assess and compare the functional recovery of patients who undergo open versus robotic pancreaticoduodenectomy for benign and malignant lesions of the head of the pancreas.
The aim of this study is the evaluation of psychological aspects, such as anxiety-depressive patterns, quality of life, personality and other psychopathological syndromes of patients who receive a diagnosis of pancreatic cancer and who face chemotherapy treatment, radio-chemotherapy or surgery
Patients with resectable adenocarcinoma of the stomach or the esophagogastric junction (II-III type by Siewert) without previous therapy will be treated with one of two chemotherapy combinations before and after surgery. One half of the patients gets 5-Fluorouracil (5-FU), Leucovorin, Oxaliplatin and Docetaxel (FLOT), the others 5-Fluorouracil (5-FU), Leucovorin, Oxaliplatin and Irinotecan (FOLFIRINOX). Main objective of the study is median overall survival.
Evaluation of the interest of PET-PSMA imaging potentiated by androgen blockade in patients with biological relapse or persistent biological disease of a localized prostatic adenocarcinoma after initial treatment
This phase I trial studies the side effects of OBP-301 when given together with carboplatin, paclitaxel, and radiation therapy in treating patients with esophageal or gastroesophageal cancer that invades local or regional structures. OBP-301 is a virus that has been designed to infect and destroy tumor cells (although there is a small risk that it can also infect normal cells). Chemotherapy drugs, such as carboplatin and paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Giving OBP-301 with chemotherapy and radiation therapy may work better than standard chemotherapy and radiation therapy in treating patients with esophageal or gastroesophageal cancer.
This trial will look at a drug called sigvotatug vedotin (SGN-B6A) alone and with pembrolizumab, with or without chemotherapy, to find out whether it is safe for people who have solid tumors. It will study sigvotatug vedotin to find out what its side effects are. A side effect is anything the drug does besides treating cancer. It will also study whether sigvotatug vedotin works to treat solid tumors. The study will have four parts. - Part A of the study will find out how much sigvotatug vedotin should be given to participants. - Part B will use the dose found in Part A to find out how safe sigvotatug vedotin is and if it works to treat solid tumors. - Part C of the study will find out how safe sigvotatug vedotin is in combination with these other drugs. - Part D will include people who have not received treatment. This part of the study will find out how safe sigvotatug vedotin is in combination with these other drugs and if these combinations work to treat solid tumors. - In Parts C and D, participants will receive sigvotatug vedotin with either: - Pembrolizumab or, - Pembrolizumab and carboplatin, or - Pembrolizumab and cisplatin.
The phase I/II study was designed to evaluate if the regimen of Irinotecan, Oxaliplatin, Capecitabine (XELOXIRI) and Bevacizumab is a superior first-line option for patients with metastatic colorectal cancer(mCRC) in terms of safety and efficacy.
This study is about pancreatic cancer. If the diagnostic cancer is done at an early stage (<2cm), the chances of recovery are very good. But the main problem is there is not any detections means for this cancer. Sadly, when there is a cancer diagnostic , it's already too late in the majority of cases, because the cancer is in an advanced case. Today, there is no any effective means of detection... Blood markers can be a simple means of early detection
