Filter by:This is a Phase 1/2, open-label, multicenter, study of the safety, tolerability, PK, PD, and anti-tumor activity of MRTX1719 patients with advanced, unresectable or metastatic solid tumor malignancy with homozygous deletion of the MTAP gene.
The primary objective of this study is to assess the impact of bethanechol therapy on R0 resection rates. The safety objective will be assessment of the safety and tolerability of bethanechol in combination with gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel. The exploratory objective will be to evaluate genomic biomarkers associated with parasympathetic stimulation in pancreatic cancer, and the ability to reduce tumor growth rate.
The objective is to investigate the efficacy and safety of Envafolimab combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of metastatic or recurrent gastric adenocarcinoma.
The efficacy and safety of the use of Surufatinib in combination with Sintilimab.
This phase II trial tests whether pembrolizumab combined with bevacizumab with or without agonist anti-CD40 CDX-1140 works to shrink tumors in patients with ovarian cancer that has come back (recurrent). Anti-CD40 CDX-1140 works by stimulating certain immune cells within the tumor and, when combined with other immunotherapy treatments, may increase antitumor antibody production. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab and bevacizumab, may help the body's immune system, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving pembrolizumab and bevacizumab with anti-CD40 CDX-1140 may decrease symptoms, prolonged survival, and improve quality of life in patients with ovarian cancer.
Pancreatic carcinoma is ranked the 11th most common cancer worldwide. It is a highly lethal malignant tumor. In Egypt, the disease has traditionally been considered rare, but population in the East Nile Delta region exhibits an unusually high rate of young-onset pancreatic carcinoma. Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma is by far the most common histologic subtype of pancreatic malignancy. Programmed death ligand-1 (PD-L1) is a type I trans-membrane glycoprotein. It has an important prognostic and predictive value in various neoplasms. To date, few studies have addressed the potential prognostic role of PD-L1 in pancreatic carcinoma, so knowledge about its prognostic value needs further elucidation.
Lung carcinoma is the second most common cancer and a leading cause of cancer-related mortality worldwide. In Egypt, lung carcinoma ranks the 5th among all cancer cases. Malignant mesothelioma is an aggressive neoplasm that arises from mesothelial cells which form the lining of the pleural. There is a strong resemblance between epithelioid mesothelioma and lung adenocarcinoma, some of peripheral lung adenocarcinoma or SCC present with pleurotropic growth like mesothelioma. Glypican-1 (GPC1) is one the six glypican family members. It is one of cell surface heparan sulfate proteoglycans that acts as a growth factor signaling. The aim of this study is to evaluate the immunohistochemical expression of Glypican-1 in pleural epitheloid mesothelioma, lung adenocarcinoma and lung SCC
The purpose of the dose escalation phase is to evaluate the safety profile of escalating doses and dose schedules of NXP800. In the expansion phase the preliminary efficacy in subjects with ARID1a mutated ovarian clear cell and ovarian endometrioid cancers will be estimated.
Cervical cancer is one of the most common tumors in women, which seriously threatens women's life quality and safety. Human papilloma virus (HPV) infection is the most common cause of cervical cancer. Traditional HPV testing is based on the cells sample shed from the cervix. Recent studies have shown that urine HPV detection can be used as a new HPV detection method. This study intends to include patients undergoing TCT /HPV test/colposcopy in the department of gynecological diseases of the hospital, and collect urine samples and cervical swab samples. Sanger sequencing and cervical swab HPV test results were compared to evaluate the accuracy and clinical validity of urine HPV test combined with clinical diagnosis results of cases.
This study is a single-arm, phase I trial, up to 16 participants with resectable PDA. The study will examine the efficacy of the mutant IDH1 inhibitor ivosidenib, in conjunction with standard-of-care mFOLFIRINOX in the neoadjuvant setting.
