NCT ID: NCT03762759 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Prostate Adenocarcinoma

Fluciclovine F18 or Ga68-PSMA PET/CT to Enhance Prostate Cancer Outcomes

Start date: May 10, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase II trial studies how well a positron emission tomography (PET)/computed tomography (CT) scan using fluciclovine F18 compared with a PET/CT scan with 68Ga-PSMA works in planning radiation treatments and enhancing outcomes in patients with prostate adenocarcinoma. Fluciclovine F18 and 68Ga-PSMA are types of tracers, called radiotracers, that are injected and can accumulate in tumor cells to develop images of them during a PET/CT scan. It is not yet known whether giving fluciclovine F18 or 68Ga-PSMA may work better in planning radiation treatments and enhancing outcomes in patients with prostate adenocarcinoma.

NCT ID: NCT03724851 Active, not recruiting - Gastric Cancer Clinical Trials

Vactosertib in Combination With Pembrolizumab in Metastatic Colorectal or Gastric Cancer

Start date: December 20, 2018
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is an open-label, multicenter study to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and antitumor activity of vactosertib in combination with pembrolizumab in patients with metastatic or locally advanced colorectal or gastric/gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma

NCT ID: NCT03707574 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Anatomic Stage III Breast Cancer AJCC v8

Genetic Analysis of Blood and Tissue Samples From Patients With Advanced Cancer, Moonshot Study

Start date: April 9, 2019
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This trial studies the genetic analysis of blood and tissue samples from patients with cancer that has spread to other anatomic sites (advanced) or is no longer responding to treatment. Studying these samples in the laboratory may help doctors to learn how genes affect cancer and how they affect a person's response to treatment.

NCT ID: NCT03699163 Active, not recruiting - Colorectal Cancer Clinical Trials

The Colorectal Breath Analysis (COBRA) Study

COBRA
Start date: June 3, 2017
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study aims to determine whether a breath test could be used for early detection of colorectal cancer and colorectal polyps. Patients who are attending for a planned colonoscopy or who are scheduled to undergo elective resection of histologically confirmed colorectal cancer (adenocarcinoma) will be approached to provide a breath sample. Multi platform mass spectrometry analysis will be performed to establish volatile biomarkers that can discriminate between colorectal cancer, benign colorectal disease (e.g. polyps) and healthy controls.

NCT ID: NCT03691454 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Gastric Adenocarcinoma

Compare Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy of DOS Versus SOX in Locally Advanced Gastric Adenocarcinoma.

RESOLVE-2
Start date: June 28, 2018
Phase: Phase 2/Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This is a randomized, multicenter, controlled, adaptive phase II/III clinical study. The aim is to compare neoadjuvant chemotherapy of Docetaxel,Oxaliplatin combined with S-1(DOS) versus Oxaliplatin combined with S-1(SOX) in locally advanced gastric adenocarcinoma

NCT ID: NCT03686683 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Adenocarcinoma of the Prostate

Open- Label Trial of Sipuleucel-T Administered to Active Surveillance Patients for Newly Diagnosed Prostate Cancer

ProVent
Start date: October 18, 2018
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The ProVent study is a randomized, open-label study designed to assess the efficacy of sipuleucel-T in reducing the progression of lower risk non-metastatic prostate cancer compared to subjects followed on active surveillance as standard of care.

NCT ID: NCT03686488 Active, not recruiting - Gastric Cancer Clinical Trials

TAS 102 in Combination With Ramucirumab in Advanced, Refractory Gastric or Gastroesophageal Junction (GEJ) Adenocarcinoma

Start date: December 20, 2018
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to find out if the combination of TAS 102 and Ramucirumab is safe and effective in patients with advanced, refractory gastric or gastroesophageal junction (GEJ) adenocarcinoma.

NCT ID: NCT03675737 Active, not recruiting - Stomach Neoplasms Clinical Trials

Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) Plus Chemotherapy Versus Placebo Plus Chemotherapy in Participants Gastric or Gastroesophageal Junction (GEJ) Adenocarcinoma (MK-3475-859/KEYNOTE-859)

Start date: November 8, 2018
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of pembrolizumab (MK-3745) in combination with chemotherapy (Cisplatin combined with 5-Fluorouracil [FP regimen] or oxaliplatin combined with capecitabine [CAPOX regimen]) versus placebo in combination with chemotherapy (FP or CAPOX regimens) in the treatment of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) negative advanced gastric or GEJ adenocarcinoma in adult participants. The primary hypotheses of this study are that pembrolizumab plus chemotherapy is superior to placebo plus chemotherapy in terms of overall survival (OS).

NCT ID: NCT03660826 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Endometrial Adenocarcinoma

Testing the Combination of Olaparib and Durvalumab, Cediranib and Durvalumab, Olaparib and Capivasertib, and Cediranib Alone in Recurrent or Refractory Endometrial Cancer Following the Earlier Phase of the Study That Tested Olaparib and Cediranib in Comparison to Cediranib Alone, and Olaparib Alone

Start date: September 27, 2018
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase II trial studies the effects of the combination of olaparib and durvalumab, cediranib and durvalumab, olaparib and capivasertib, and cediranib alone in treating patients with endometrial cancer that has come back (recurrent) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Olaparib, cediranib, and capivasertib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Durvalumab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Testing the combinations may lower the chance of endometrial cancer growing or spreading compared to usual care.

NCT ID: NCT03654638 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Prostate Adenocarcinoma

Soy Bread Diet in Improving Immune Function in Participants With Prostate Cancer

Start date: August 15, 2018
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase II trial studies the effects of a soy bread versus a wheat bread in improving immune function in participants who are beginning a course of androgen deprivation therapy for prostate cancer. Components found in soy foods may influence the immune system in a way that may be beneficial for prostate cancer prevention and survivorship.
