Leveraging Mammography to Identify and Engage Women at Risk for Lung Cancer in Lung Cancer Screening
The purpose of this study is to develop a digital strategy to increase awareness about lung cancer screening among women who are eligible to receive it. The digital strategy involves email communications and LungTalk, a web-based (accessed through the Internet) health communication tool that uses text, audio, video, and animation to increase awareness and knowledge about lung cancer screening. This study will focus on women who have recently received a screening mammogram.

CBPR Intervention to Decrease Lung Cancer Stigma and Health Disparities (Lungevity Lung Cancer Stigma Reduction)
Lung cancer survival rates are low for intersectional underserved groups. Lung cancer stigma and intersectional stigma related to minoritized group status leads to increased morbidity and mortality and health disparities. Mindfulness interventions have been shown to decrease stigma and the negative impacts of stigma, however, these interventions have never been tested to decrease lung cancer stigma specifically. In this study, the investigators will use Community Based Participatory Research framework and MOST methodology to build and optimize a brief virtual mindfulness intervention to decrease lung cancer stigma, through first building a diverse coalition of lung cancer patients on a participatory action council.

Health Opportunities and Promoters of Equitable Screening for Lung Cancer (HOPES for Lung Cancer)
The goal of this clinical trial is to promote lung cancer screening (LCS) uptake among Hispanic current and former smokers. The main questions it aims to answer are: - What barriers do current and former Hispanic smokers face in the identification and documentation of their smoking status? - How can digital delivery of an educational video promote LCS uptake among current and former Hispanic smokers? Participants will receive an educational video about lung cancer screening and complete brief, self-reported surveys afterwards.

Development of an Electronic Data Base for Lung Cancer Registry Which Will Include All the Epidemiological, Clinical, Pathological, Molecular and Treatment Parameters in Lung Cancer Patients Who Are Referred to a Tertiary Oncology Unit
In the light of a new era in the management of lung cancer this non-interventional study intend to capture all the epidemiological, clinical, pathological, molecular and treatment parameters of non-small cell (NSCLC) and small cell (SCLC) lung cancer patients from a tertiary Oncology Clinic in an Electronic Data Base (EDB).

Concomitant Tarceva® and Irradiation in Patients in Local-regionally Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer. A Phase II Study
The trial is a phase II study of daily Tarceva combined with definitive radiotherapy in inoperable locally advanced non small cell lung cancer (stage IIB-IIIB). The objective of the phase II trial is to examine Tarceva concomitant with curatively intended irradiation 66 Gy (2 Gy x 33 F, 5 F per week).

Evaluation Of Uridine 5-Triphosphate Solution For Inhalation (UTP) As An Adjunct In The Diagnosis Of Lung Cancer By Sputum Cytology
RATIONALE: Doctors can diagnose lung cancer by collecting mucus coughed up from the lungs and examining it under a microscope to look for cancer cells. Breathing in INS316 may make it easier for patients to cough up mucus. PURPOSE: Randomized phase II trial to study the effectiveness of INS316 in helping to diagnose lung cancer.

The Roswell AIR (Awareness, Information and Resources for Lung Cancer Screening) Program: A Community-Partnered Lung Cancer Screening Intervention
This trial investigates an educational program called Awareness, Information, and Resources for Lung Cancer Screening Program in improving knowledge about lung cancer screening in medically underserved communities. This program aims to educate and remove barriers to lung cancer screening among medically underserved community members who are eligible for lung cancer screening, and to improve access to evidence-based screening guidelines for early detection for lung cancer in the Western New York area.
