Optimal Timing of BR55 CEUS of the Ovaries

Start date: October 14, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is an exploratory, single center, open label, prospective study of BR55 to determine the optimal phase of the menstrual cycle for performing BR55 CEUS of the target ovary in premenopausal women scheduled to undergo preventative surgery because of high familial/hereditary or genetic risk for ovarian cancer.

A Phase 1b Trial of ATRC-101 in Adults With Advanced Solid Malignancies

Start date: February 11, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

ATRC-101-A01 is a Phase 1b, open-label dose escalation and expansion trial of ATRC-101, an engineered fully human immunoglobulin G, subclass 1 (IgG1) antibody derived from a naturally occurring human antibody. The safety, tolerability, PK, and biological activity of ATRC-101 will be characterized when administered every two weeks (Q2W) or every 3 weeks (Q3W) as a monotherapy or in combination with other anticancer agents.

NCT ID: NCT04239014 Withdrawn - Ovarian Cancer Clinical Trials

A Study to Evaluate the Effectiveness and Tolerability of a Second Maintenance Treatment in Participants With Ovarian Cancer, Who Have Previously Received Polyadenosine 5'Diphosphoribose [Poly (ADP Ribose)] Polymerase Inhibitor (PARPi) Treatment.

DUETTE
Start date: August 7, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

To investigate the effectiveness and tolerability of a second maintenance treatment in participants with platinum-sensitivity relapsed (PSR) epithelial ovarian cancer, who have previously received PARPi maintenance treatment and who have benefit (complete response [CR] or partial response [PR]) or stable disease (SD) from further platinum based chemotherapy.

NCT ID: NCT04237090 Completed - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

Feasibility of a Clinical Trial Comparing the Use of Cetirizine to Replace Diphenhydramine in the Prevention of Reactions Related to Paclitaxel

PREMED-F1
Start date: February 14, 2020
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

Explore the randomized, controlled, double-blind design targeted for the final clinical trial to assess the acceptability of interventions and clinical outcome measures and to provide data making it possible to estimate the parameters necessary for the preparation, modification or even abandonment of the final study.

NCT ID: NCT04235556 Active, not recruiting - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

Integrated Care Pathway in Oncology (PASSION)

PASSION
Start date: February 21, 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational

A centralized unit for integrated management of care pathway in Oncology has been created. This unit settles the patients' appointments (biopsy, intravenous device, chemotherapy, imaging, oncologist...). The aim of this study is to assess the delay between the first appointment with the oncologist and the beginning of the antitumoral treatment, and therefore evaluate the efficacy of the care pathway unit. The second aim is to assess the satisfaction of patients and health care teams.

NCT ID: NCT04234243 Completed - Ovarian Cancer Clinical Trials

HIPEC in Ovarian Cancer, Case-Controls Study With 10-years Follow up

Start date: August 1, 2007
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Objectives: Compare overall survival (OS) and progression‐free survival (PFS) among ovarian cancer patients who underwent into cytoreduction and HIPEC procedure vs patients who only received systemic chemotherapy in a 10-years follow up of a case-control study Methods: Cases were defined as patients treated by cytoreduction and HIPEC, and were matched (1:2) with patients treated with chemotherapy only, defined as controls. PFS and OS in the two groups were measured and compared. PFS was calculated from initiation of treatment to progression, death or to the last known follow‐up. OS was calculated from initiation of treatment to death or to the last known follow‐up.

Start date: June 13, 2019
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

A multicenter open-label phase 1/1b study to evaluate the safety and preliminary efficacy of SO-C101 as monotherapy and in combination with pembrolizumab in patients with selected advanced/metastatic solid tumors

NCT ID: NCT04229615 Active, not recruiting - Ovarian Cancer Clinical Trials

A Study of Fluzoparib±Apatinib Versus Placebo Maintenance Treatment in Patients With Advanced Ovarian Cancer Following Response on First-Line Platinum-Based Chemotherapy

Start date: June 2, 2020
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This is a multicenter, randomized, blinded, 3-arm Phase 3 study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Fluzoparib alone or with Apatinib versus Placebo, as maintenance treatment, in patients with Stage III or IV ovarian cancer. Patients must have completed first-line platinum based regimen with Complete Response (CR) or Partial Response (PR). The study contains a Safety Lead-in Phase in which the safety and tolerability of Fluzoparib+Apatinib will be assessed prior to the Phase 3 portion of the study.
