Filter by:hMe-Seal is a low-input whole-genome cell-free 5hmC sequencing method based on selective chemical labeling. It uses β-glucosyltransferase (βGT) to selectively label 5hmC with a biotin via an azide-modified glucose for pull-down of 5hmC-containing DNA fragments for sequencing. After selectively constructing 5hmC library, highthroughput-sequencing will be performed on an Illumina Nextseq-500 instrument. By ways of Rawdata processing, differential loci between Osteosarcoma group and control group will be detected to indentify specific epigenetic biomarkers of Osteosarcoma.
Monosialoganglioside Ganglioside in Cerebral Radiation Necrosis
The primary objective of this study is to obtain long-term implant survivorship (out to 10 years) and to assess clinical, patient-reported outcome measures, and radiographic data for the commercially available Physica system. For ancillary arm, from baseline to 5-year follow-up.
Postoperative cognitive dysfunction (POCD) occurs mainly in aged patients. POCD may increase the mortality and morbidity. However, the mechanism of POCD is not clear yet and no effective therapy method was proved. According to our previous study, the central cholinergic system impaired by the anesthesia and surgery play a very important role in the POCD and donepezil an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor can prevent the POCD after isoflurane anesthesia in aged mice. Donepezil is a commercial medicine used for the Alzheimer Disease, which is tolerable and has minimal adverse events. In present study a multi-center randomized case control study was conducted and we hypothesized that donepezil attenuate the POCD.
To confirm 1) whether, compared with core decompression alone, core decompression with porous tantalum rod implantation improves the hip joint function of patients with avascular necrosis of the femoral head after femoral neck fracture surgery, 2) whether porous tantalum rod shows favorable biocompatibility with the human body, and 3) whether this treatment method is feasible for treating avascular necrosis of the femoral head after femoral neck fracture surgery.
Two-year (2 year) information regarding the performance of the commercially available Actis™ Total Hip System in order to obtain and evaluate the clinical outcomes on a series of cementless primary total hip arthroplasty (THA) and hemi-hip arthroplasty procedures using clinical, radiographic and device and procedure related adverse event assessments.
This is a Post-Marketing Surveillance of SMS femoral stem prosthesis.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate early fixation and stability of the Tritanium cup. It is expected that the Tritanium® cup will be equal to or better than conventional cementless cups in early fixation/stability and meet the expectations of Japanese surgeons.
M.M.A.TECH Ltd. product is an Acetabular Liner Family produced of an advanced polyimide - MP-1™. M.M.A.TECH Ltd. produces the Liners according to EN ISO 13485:2012 approved manufacturing process and supplies them to the customer. The aim of this study is to evaluate, in the frame of PMCF, the safety and performance of using AL-X MP1 Polyimide Acetabular liners in Total Hip Replacement surgery by clinical following up of patients for a period of 2 years .
Clinical study of anti-tumor necrosis factor therapy in patients with Takayasu arteritis. This study is single arm (anti Tumor necrosis factor therapy only) clinical trial. Enrolled patients will be 11
