To evaluate clinical efficacy and safety of a novel lumen-apposing FCSEMS for EUS-guided transenteric drainage of PFC or of biliary tree including GB

NCT ID: NCT02971319 Completed - Glioma (Diagnosis) Clinical Trials

Technical Performance Assessment of Tc-99m Tetrofosmin for Differentiation of Recurrence vs Radiation Necrosis in Patients With Glioma

Start date: September 2016
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study aims to assess the technical performance of Tc-99m tetrofosmin SPECT as compared to F-18 FDG PET for the differentiation of radiation necrosis from glioma relapse and to obtain estimates of diagnostic accuracy for Tc-99m tetrofosmin SPECT and F-18 FDG PET in an intra-individual comparison.

NCT ID: NCT02951741 Completed - Clinical trials for Avascular Necrosis of Hip

Revision Total Hip Replacement Arthroplasty and Hematologic Variables

Start date: April 2015
Phase: N/A
Study type: Observational

Revision total hip replacement arthroplasty is a surgery having intra- and postoperative substantial blood loss. The investigators will investigate the relationship between the various hematologic variables and postoperative bleeding volume.

NCT ID: NCT02946099 Completed - Clinical trials for Dental Pulp Necrosis

Comparison Between Reciproc and Protaper Next

Start date: November 2016
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Comparing the postoperative pain resulting after mechanical instrumentation using Reciproc reciprocating files versus that resulting after using ProTaper Next rotary files in asymptomatic necrotic molars.

NCT ID: NCT02929511 Completed - Clinical trials for Apical Periodontitis

Reciprocation vs Rotational Single-file Systems in Postoperative Pain

Start date: January 1, 2017
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

In this study, the researchers will investigate the effect of single-file reciprocating versus single-file rotational file systems on the postoperative pain in adult patients who have necrotic pulp and apical periodontitis. The participants will be assigned by chance to separate groups that compare 2 different treatments, reciprocating single-file system (Reciproc Blue) and rotational single-file system (OneShape). As a reference, Mtwo multi-file (full-sequence) will be used.

NCT ID: NCT02907489 Completed - Clinical trials for Asymptomatic Necrotic Teeth

Effect of Triple Antibiotic Paste as an Intracanal Medication With an Anti-Inflammatory Drug on Post-operative Pain.

Start date: October 2016
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the use of triple antibiotic paste as intracanal medication with an anti-inflammatory drug, compared to a calcium hydroxide will reduce postoperative pain and intracanal bacteria or not in patients with asymptomatic necrotic teeth.
