Filter by:To learn if giving nivolumab in combination with relatlimab can help to control melanoma that has spread to the brain (melanoma with brain metastases). The safety and side effects of the study drug combination will also be studied.
This study is designed to see if we can lower the chance of side effects from radiation in patients with breast, kidney, small cell lung cancer, non-small cell lung cancer or melanoma that has spread to the brain and who are also being treated with immunotherapy, specifically immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) therapy. This study will compare the usual care treatment of single fraction stereotactic radiosurgery (SSRS) given on one day versus fractionated stereotactic radiosurgery (FSRS), which is a lower dose of radiation given over a few days to determine if FSRS is better or worse at reducing side effects than usual care treatment.
The objective of this Study is to collect, process, and transfer biologic samples such as blood and/or tissue biopsies to determine the concordance of detected alterations obtained through liquid biopsy analyses compared to next generation sequencing of time-matched or archival tissue specimens from individuals with advanced solid tumors. Examples of locally advanced and metastatic tumors include stage III and IV cancers (ex. lung, breast, all gastrointestinal malignancies, all gynecologic malignancies, prostate cancer, head and neck tumors, soft tissue cancers, and melanoma). These specimens will be analyzed for diagnostic purposes and research (either by Labcorp/OmniSeq or to a third-party recipient designated by Labcorp/OmniSeq). Labcorp/OmniSeq may transfer the specimens and data to its clients, including commercial, academic or non-profit research institutions; or alternatively, may retain the specimens in its repository for future research use at the sole discretion of Labcorp/OmniSeq and or assignees. Labcorp/OmniSeq will maintain all detailed clinical information including demographic data (de-identified), ethnicity, disease state, stage (radiological, pathological and clinical-whichever is relevant).
This is a first-in-human, multi-center, multi-cohort, open-label, phase Ib/II study of XmAb22841 (CTLA-4 X LAG3) administered in combination with XmAb23104 (PD1 X ICOS) in participants with a histologically or cytologically confirmed diagnosis of an advanced/metastatic melanoma. XmAb22841 (CTLA-4 X LAG3) is a bi-specific antibody targeting two different T cell membrane proteins responsible for regulation of T cell activity. It offers potential immunologic and safety advantages over existing therapies. XmAb22841 (CTLA-4 X LAG3) is being evaluated in this clinical study designed to assess the safety, tolerability, PK, and PD of escalating doses of XmAb22841 (CTLA-4 X LAG3) administered in combination with XmAb23104 (PD1 X ICOS) The study will be conducted through the University of California Melanoma Consortium (UCMC).
This phase I/II trial tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of PLX2853 in combination with trametinib in treating patients with uveal (eye) melanoma that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic) or nearby tissues or lymph nodes (locally advanced), or that cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable). PLX2853 works by targeting and inhibiting certain activities within cells that promote tumor growth. By inhibiting these activities, PLX2853 may help to stabilize or reduce the growth of tumor cells. Trametinib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of an abnormal protein that signals tumor cells to multiply. This helps stop the spread of tumor cells. Giving PLX2853 in combination with trametinib may help to shrink and stabilize tumor cells in patients with advanced uveal melanoma.
The goal of this patient registry is to describe risk factors for bad prognosis of melanoma in Spain. The main questions it aims to answer are: - To describe socioeconomical individual risk factors associated with melanoma prognosis, such as gender, residence area or socioeconomic level. - To describe potentially modifiable characteristics of health care associated with prognosis, such as waiting times, type of centre that makes the diagnosis or use of teledermatology Participants data will be gathered for analysis, without any change in the way that they are being treated.
This phase I/II trial will investigate the use of the novel oral IRAK-4 inhibitor CA-4948 in combination with pembrolizumab therapy following stereotactic radiosurgery in patients with melanoma brain metastases (MBM). The investigators hypothesize that the addition of CA-4948 will reduce the rate of distant intracranial failure and reduce the need for subsequent radiation therapy. The investigators also propose that it will have a significant reduction in radiation necrosis and improve patient-reported symptoms and quality of life. This trial represents the first time an oral IRAK-4 inhibitor has been used in combination with aPD1 therapy in MBM and will yield valuable insight into its synergistic potential both in MBM and additional sites of metastases.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of CFT1946 as well as to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of CFT1946 as monotherapy (Arm A) and in combination with trametinib (CFT1946 + trametinib; Arm B) or Cetuximab (CFT1946 + cetuximab; Arm C).
The primary purpose of this study is to compare pembrolizumab/vibostolimab to pembrolizumab with respect to recurrence-free survival (RFS). The primary hypothesis is that pembrolizumab/vibostolimab is superior to pembrolizumab with respect to RFS as assessed by the investigator in participants with high-risk resected Stage IIB, IIC, III and IV melanoma.
This study is the first to explore the efficacy and safety of recombinant human adenovirus type 5 injection combined with PD-1 monoclonal antibody and nab-paclitaxel in the treatment of patients with liver metastases of melanoma, in order to provide a new method for the clinical treatment of melanoma. The model also provides reference and basis for other tumor treatments.
