Start date: January 9, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to assess the clinical activity and safety of INCMGA00012 in participants with advanced solid tumors where the efficacy of PD-1 inhibitors has previously been established.

NCT ID: NCT03665597 Completed - Melanoma Clinical Trials

Relative Bioavailability Study of Subcutaneous Injection Versus Intravenous Infusion of Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) in Participants With Advanced Melanoma (MK-3475-555/KEYNOTE-555)

Start date: November 19, 2018
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to characterize the pharmacokinetic (PK) profile of pembrolizumab (MK-3475) following single subcutaneous (SC) injection of pembrolizumab Dose A versus pembrolizumab Dose C in adults with advanced melanoma. Additionally, the safety and tolerability of pembrolizumab SC injections will be assessed. And, finally, the efficacy of pembrolizumab intravenous (IV) infusion administration will be assessed.

A Safety and Tolerability Study of NC318 in Subjects With Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors

Start date: October 1, 2018
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This research study is studying a new drug, NC318, as a possible treatment for advanced or metastatic solid tumors.

NCT ID: NCT03663647 Completed - BRAF V600 Mutation Clinical Trials

Advanced Melanoma in Russian Experience

ADMIRE
Start date: October 8, 2018
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Retrospective chart review Study of patients with BRAF V600 positive advanced (unresectable or metastatic) melanoma, who were treated with targeted therapy in routine clinical practice in Russian Federation

NCT ID: NCT03655756 Completed - Clinical trials for Cutaneous Melanoma, Stage IV

pDNA Intralesional Cancer Vaccine for Cutaneous Melanoma

Start date: November 5, 2018
Phase: Early Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

Six patients will receive IFx-Hu2.0 on an outpatient basis at a single time point in a single lesion, two lesions, or three lesions, as a monotherapy (a maximum of three lesions could be injected). These patients will be assessed for any immediate adverse reactions and at Week 4 (Day 28+/-7 business days for any delayed adverse events.

NCT ID: NCT03653819 Completed - Malignant Melanoma Clinical Trials

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) for Patients With Cancer-related Lymphedema in the Lower Limbs

Start date: September 6, 2018
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The aim of the study is to explore the feasibility and safety of High Intensity Interval Training on a stationary bike for patients with lymphedema in the lower limbs and the role of compression garments during exercise. The design of the study is a cross-over randomized clinical trial. Participants will be randomized into two groups. Both will perform two separate exercise sessions.Group A will perform the first exercise with compression garment and the second session without compression garment, with wash-out period of 1 week between sessions. Group B will perform the exercise sessions in the opposite order.

NCT ID: NCT03652077 Completed - Ovarian Cancer Clinical Trials

A Safety and Tolerability Study of INCAGN02390 in Select Advanced Malignancies

Start date: September 24, 2018
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to determine the safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy of INCAGN02390 in participants with select advanced malignancies.

NCT ID: NCT03638492 Completed - Surgery Clinical Trials

Trial of Surgical Excision Margins in Thick Primary Melanoma - 2

Start date: January 1992
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to assess the long-term follow-up of the overall and melanoma-specific survival in the randomised, open-lable multicenter trial (NTC NCT01183936) comparing excision margin of 2 cm versus 4 cm for patients with primary cutaneous malignant melanoma (CMM) thicker than 2 mm. Study hypothesis: The hypothesis is that there is no difference between the two treatment arms measured as melanoma-specific survival and overall survival.

NCT ID: NCT03635983 Completed - Melanoma Clinical Trials

A Study of NKTR-214 Combined With Nivolumab vs Nivolumab Alone in Participants With Previously Untreated Inoperable or Metastatic Melanoma

Start date: September 21, 2018
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of the study is to test the effectiveness (how well the drug works), safety, and tolerability of the investigational drug called NKTR-214, when combined with nivolumab versus nivolumab given alone in participants with previously untreated melanoma skin cancer that is either unable to be surgically removed or has spread

NCT ID: NCT03633110 Completed - Clinical trials for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Safety, Tolerability, Immunogenicity, and Antitumor Activity of GEN-009 Adjuvanted Vaccine

Start date: August 29, 2018
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

In this study, Genocea is evaluating an investigational, personalized adjuvanted vaccine, GEN-009, that is being developed for the treatment of patients with solid tumors. A proprietary tool developed by Genocea, called ATLAS™ (Antigen Lead Acquisition System) will be used to identify neoantigens in each patient's tumor that are recognized by their CD4 and/or CD8 T cells. ATLAS-identified neoantigens will then be incorporated into a patient's personalized vaccine in the form of synthetic long peptides (SLPs).
