Medical Access Program for Datopotamab Deruxtecan in NSCLC Patients

Start date: n/a
Phase:
Study type: Expanded Access

The purpose of this Medical Access Program (also referred to as an Expanded Access Program in the USA) is to provide access to Dato-DXd for eligible patients with previously treated advanced or metastatic nonsquamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who, in their treating physician's opinion, have an unmet clinical need, are unlikely to obtain optimal benefit from currently approved and commercially available drugs, and who cannot enter a suitable clinical trial.

NCT ID: NCT06277674 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Efficacy of Cadonilimab in Non-squamous Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Patients Resistant to EGFR-TKI

Start date: November 2, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study was designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of cadonilimab (anti PD-1 and CTLA-4 bispecific antibody) in combination with pemetrexed and anlotinib for treatment of elderly patients with T790M-negative advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer following resistance to EGFR-TKI.

NCT ID: NCT06277388 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Evaluation of Impedance Cardiography for Assessing Hemodynamic Shifts in Patients With LA-NSCLC During Treatment.

Start date: June 5, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study aimed to investigate the role of impedance cardiography (ICG) in evaluating hemodynamic changes during the 6-minute walk test (6MWT) in patients with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer (LA-NSCLC) who underwent combined concurrent chemoradiotherapy (CCRT) and immunotherapy. Additionally, It sought to analyze the predictive significance of cardiac parameters to both treatment toxicity and survival prognosis.

NCT ID: NCT06276933 Not yet recruiting - Lung Cancer Clinical Trials

A Study of Camrelizumab Combined With Chemotherapy ± Thalidomide in First-line Treatment of Patients With Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)

Start date: February 22, 2024
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

To explore and evaluate the safety and efficacy of camrelizumab combined with chemotherapy ± thalidomide in first-line treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients

NCT ID: NCT06276283 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

DZD9008 In Combination With Bevacizumab in Locally Advanced or Metastatic NSCLC Patients With EGFR Mutation (WU-KONG29)

Start date: February 15, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study tests a combination therapy (i.e., DZD9008 plus bevacizumab) in patients with advanced NSCLC harboring EGFR mutations who have progressed on or after standard of care, which aims to understand whether the combination therapy is safe, how well the combination therapy works, and how the body will process DZD9008 when used in combination with bevacizumab.

NCT ID: NCT06275360 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Repositioning Immunotherapy in VetArans With Lung Cancer

RIVAL
Start date: March 1, 2024
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study is a multicenter Phase II single arm trial to assess the safety and efficacy of chemotherapy and immunotherapy followed by radiotherapy in patients with unresectable Stage III NSCLC.

NCT ID: NCT06270992 Recruiting - Lung Cancer Clinical Trials

Oral Microbiome Diagnostics of Lung Cancer

Start date: November 15, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

The study aims to develop a deep learning-based diagnostic method for lung cancer using the oral microbiome. This innovative approach involves establishing an observational cohort of 576 individuals, including lung cancer patients, non-cancerous benign lung disease patients, and healthy controls, to collect tongue swab samples for 16S rRNA sequencing. Additionally, an international cohort of approximately 1700 individuals will be formed using in silico data. The project will utilize deep learning methods to analyze all data integratively and develop an AI diagnostic algorithm capable of distinguishing lung cancer patients from others. The diagnostic method's performance will be tested in a pilot clinical trial with 96 individuals using a PRoBE design. Led by experts in chest surgery, molecular microbiology, and bioinformatics, the project spans over 30 months and aims to create a non-invasive, easily accessible lung cancer screening method that could lead to significant diagnostic advancements and potential spin-off companies in the field of liquid biopsy/molecular diagnosis.

NCT ID: NCT06269133 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Evaluation of Cemiplimab in Combination With Platinum-Doublet Chemotherapy in First-Line (1L) Treatment of Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) in Adult United States (US) Patients

Start date: February 21, 2024
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This multi-year cohort study will assess the real-world safety and effectiveness of 1L treatment with cemiplimab in combination with platinum-doublet chemotherapy across advanced NSCLC patient subgroups defined by age, sex, race, and ethnicity. Patients will be retrospectively identified from at least two US electronic health record (EHR)-based databases.

NCT ID: NCT06268613 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Stage II

A Study to Compare the Pharmacokinetics, Efficacy, Safety, and Immunogenicity of Pembrolizumab (SB27, EU Sourced Keytruda, and US Sourced Keytruda) in Subjects With Stage II-IIIA NSCLC Following Complete Resection and Adjuvant Platinum-based Chemotherapy

Start date: January 16, 2024
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The goal of this clinical trial is to compare the amount of study drug in patients' blood to confirm that SB27 works in the same way as EU and US sourced Keytruda in early or locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients who underwent surgery and adjuvant chemotherapy. The main question it aims to answer is: • What the body does to the study drug, which is called "pharmacokinetic" Participants will receive investigational product (IP) administration every 3 weeks, maximum 18 cycles over about 51 weeks and blood sample will be collected. Researchers will compare 3 medicines (SB27, EU sourced Keytruda, and US sourced Keytruda) to see if SB27 works in the same way as EU and US sourced Keytruda.
