The feasibility and impact of respiratory rehabilitation (RR) in patients with advanced or metastatic (EGF-R WT or mutated) non-small cell lung cancer treated with oral targeted therapy including Inhibitors of EGF-R tyrosine kinases (TKI) and ALK inhibitors. These patients will benefit, at the beginning of the chemotherapy whatever the treatment line, of a respiratory rehabilitation. The respiratory rehabilitation takes place at the patient's home with the HAD's cooperation 3 hours per week, divided into 2 or 3 sessions. There is associated educational, nutritional and psychological support for a total duration of 8 weeks.
Hippocampus and amygdala are parts of the brain involved in the recognition of emotions, memories, memory, language ... It is therefore very important to protect them during irradiation of the brain. The aim of this study is to evaluate cerebral irradiation with saving hippocampus and amygdala protects these brain functions in patients with small cell lung cancer (SCLC) Radiotherapy of the brain
This study including two parts, one part is a randomized clinical trial design, another part is a registration study.
A randomized prospective trial to test the non-inferiority of Erector Spinae Plane Block (ESPB) in comparison with paravertebral block during non-intubated thoracoscopic lung resection
This research trial is studying a drug called alectinib as a possible treatment for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with specific genetic alterations known as ALK or RET rearrangements, and thyroid cancer with RET rearrangements.
M3814 is an investigational drug under evaluation for treatment of lung cancer. The purpose of the study was to assess the Safety and Efficacy of M3814 in combination with chemotherapy with SCLC ED.
[Study Design] This study is a single arm, multi-center phase II study of vistusertib monotherapy in patients with relapsed small cell lung cancer (SCLC) harboring RICTOR amplification. Patients will receive vistusertib monotherapy (50 mg BID per os every 12 hours) until they demonstrate objective disease progression or they meet any other discontinuation criteria. [Primary Objective] To investigate the efficacy of vistusertib monotherapy in patients with relapsed SCLC patients harboring RICTOR amplification as 2nd or 3rd line therapy
This study is being done to evaluate the safety of the investigational study drug, selinexor when given with docetaxel to patients who have been previously treated for advanced KRAS mutant lung cancer.
The purpose of this study is to determine whether Nivolumab in combination with Ipilimumab is associated with superior response rate compared to Nivolumab alone in patients with advanced Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) mutation positive Non-small Cell Lung Cancer who have failed one line of standard EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor and not more than one line of chemotherapy regimen. This study also aims to determine predictive biomarkers of response/benefit in patients with EGFR mutation positive NSCLC.
