BM32 is a product for immunotherapy of grass pollen allergies. It consists of 4 different recombinant proteins (BM321, BM322, BM325 and BM326) adsorbed on alhydrogel. This prospective, double-blind. placebo controlled, mono-centric trial investigates the levels of allergen specific IgG antibodies following 3, 4 or 5 subcutaneous injections before the grass pollen season.

The PEPITES study evaluates the efficacy and safety of Viaskin Peanut 250 µg peanut protein to induce desensitization to peanut in peanut-allergic children 4 through 11 years of age after a 12-month treatment by epicutaneous immunotherapy (EPIT).
The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the efficacy and safety of AR101 through reduction in clinical reactivity to peanut allergen in peanut-allergic children and adults.
Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), characterized by recurrent obsessions and/or compulsions, is a disabling psychiatric condition affecting approximately 2-3% of the population. Whereas several first-line treatments have been established (e.g., pharmacological and psychological), a substantial proportion of patients (40-60%) fail to experience symptom remission, underscoring the need for research in this area. One approach to increasing treatment efficacy is to target underlying risk factors or dysfunctions that may in turn improve outcomes. One such risk factor is anxiety sensitivity (AS) cognitive concerns. AS cognitive concerns reflects fears of mental incapacitation (e.g., "It scares me when I am unable to keep my mind on a task"). There is recent evidence that AS cognitive concerns is uniquely associated with various obsessive-compulsive (OC) symptom domains. However, questions remain as to whether reductions in AS cognitive concerns will lead to subsequent reductions in OC symptoms. The purpose of the proposed study is to investigate the efficacy of a brief AS cognitive concerns intervention on reductions in OC symptoms.
The purpose of this study is to look at how insulin (a hormone that helps the cells get energy from sugar) in our body affects blood vessels (elasticity in the bigger blood vessels and blood flow in the smaller blood vessels in the arm) and how Metformin (a drug that makes you more sensitive to insulin) affects insulin's action on the blood vessels.
This study will assess the oral tolerability and immediate post-treatment safety of topical application for two marketed oxalate products as initial care in dental patients to treat or prevent tooth sensitivity pain that may be attributed to dentinal hypersensitivity.
This single centre, dual site, comparative design study will be used to investigate the efficacy of an experimental stannous fluoride containing dentifrice in relieving dentinal hypersensitivity (DH) after short term use
Our primary outcome is to assess the safety of Dotarem in children <2 years old up to 24 hours after Dotarem injection. Patients will be monitored for any adverse events that occur for 2 hours following the completion of the MRI exam. The type of event, time of onset, duration of symptoms, intensity of the reaction (mild, moderate, severe), causality (not related, probably related, related, definitely related, unclassifiable), and subsequent outcome (required treatment, favorable outcome, recovery with sequela, or death) will be documented. Parents will be given instruction sheets on who and when to call should any adverse event occur after discharge. Parents will be called by the radiology department the next day to identify any adverse events that occurred during the first 24 hours after discharge from the hospital. Our secondary outcome is to assess image quality of the exam. The pre-contrast images will be compared to the combined pre- and post-contrast images following administration of Dotarem by radiologists who are blinded to the patients' clinical information to assess for improvement of image quality and delineation of structures with contrast.
