Inclusion criteria were infants with a gestational age of 25-31 weeks 6 days who experienced respiratory distress and their families had agreed to participate in the study, then randomized. Atonic post-partum haemorrhage is one of the most challenging complications of normal delivery process . There are many maneuveurs applied to the atonic uterus for controlling the blood loss and conserving the uterus from hysterectomy process . There are pharmacological and surgical methods to control the bleeding . In this study , Mostafa Maged technique is to prevent and control post-partum bleeding during vaginal delivery . It is so simple and not-costly method .

Comparison Study Between Oxytocin Versus Tranexamic Acid and Ethamsylate Versus Normal Saline as Pre-operative Administration.
The investigators found that B- Lynch suture is more effective than Nausicca suture in controlling excessive uterine bleeding during cesarean section and avoiding the need of hysterectomy. Also, the investigators found that B- lynch suture needs shorter procedure time with less blood loss compared to Nausicca suture. Consequently the investigators recommend the use of B-Lynch suture as a compressive uterine suture to control excessive uterine bleeding during cesarean section and avoid the need of hysterectomy. As a result of this study the investigators recommend further studies to compare different uterine compressive suture to verify the most effective uterine compressive suture.

Patients with critical COVID-19 are hyper-coagulable and optimal thromboprophylaxis treatment differs with stage and severity. The most commonly used drug for thromboprophylaxis in the intensive care unit (ICU) is low-molecular-weight heparin (LMWH). In contrast to unfractionated heparins, the effects of LMWH usually do not require monitoring. Exceptions from this are when elimination of LMWH is impaired, extremes in age and weight, to identify deviations from predicted pharmacokinetics, and if there is an unexpected clinical response. The unexpected high incidence of thromboembolic complications among patients with critical COVID-19 compared to critically ill non-COVID-19 patients could motivate monitoring. The activity of LMWH is monitored by quantifying the presence of anti-Factor Xa (aFXa). The aim of this study is to investigate if the level and the monitoring frequency of aFXa is associated to mortality, thrombosis and bleeding in patients with critical COVID-19 treated with LMWH and therefore could be used as a potential tool to guide LMWH-treatment.
Peptic ulcer bleeding is a common emergency for patients who need therapeutic endoscopy. According to international guidelines and Taiwan consensus, the standard therapy included proton pump inhibitor (PPI) and endoscopic therapy. For high-risk peptic ulcers, such as active spurting, oozing bleeding, a nonbleeding visible vessel or ulcers with adherent clots, we apply endoscopic hemostasis with epinephrine injection in combination with either heater probe coagulation, hemoclipping and/or rubber band ligation. Parenteral high-dose PPI is administered after endoscopic hemostasis. Though current standard endoscopic therapy plus PPI infusion are highly effective, 5%-10% of the patients still experience recurrence of bleeding after the initial treatment. It is still an important issue to reduce recurrent peptic ulcer bleeding after standard endoscopic therapy. Tranexamic acid reduces bleeding by inhibiting clot breakdown by inhibiting the degradation of fibrin by plasmin. It is effective to be used topically to reduce bleeding during surgery. However, the effect of application of tranexamic acid orally or intravenously for gastrointestinal bleeding was still controversial, probably because that the route of tranexamic acid use is not precise at the bleeding site. Tranexamic acid has anti-fibrinolytic effects at the bleeding site, so it is possible that use of tranexamic acid locally may have better efficacy than via intravenous or oral route. We propose to investigate the effectiveness and safety when using tranexamic acid locally under endoscopic guidance in patients with peptic ulcer bleeding after standard endoscopic therapy.
