This research project uses a Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) framework to test the efficacy of a culturally adapted relapse prevention intervention developed collaboratively by community partners from the Fort Peck Indian Reservation in northeastern Montana and research partners from Montana State University. The Indigenous Recovery Planning intervention employs trained Fort Peck community members to deliver manualized intervention content to American Indian adults with substance use disorder (SUD). By increasing access to culturally responsive evidence-based treatment, this research aims to decrease SUD-related health disparities and improve public health outcomes for underserved Native communities locally and nationally.
The investigators propose to perform serial detailed cognitive, motor, behavioral, and blood collection follow-up using longitudinal structured telephone interviews of an anticipated 350 ICH survivors enrolled in Minimally Invasive Surgery Plus Alteplase for Intracerebral Hemorrhage Evacuation (MISTIE) III and ENRICH trials to identify specific cognitive and motor impairment and to perform RNA sequencing to evaluate for evidence of chronic inflammation. The investigators' expected sample size in 2022 accounts for mortality attrition of 10%/year.
This is a prospective, observational study designed to evaluate the long-term safety and tolerability of ADVM-022 in participants with diabetic macular edema (DME). Participants who previously participated in the INFINITY parent study and received a single unilateral intravitreal dose of ADVM-022 are eligible for enrollment upon completion of the end of study visit in the parent study.
This research is being done to see if patients with milk-triggered EoE are able to tolerate baked milk in their diet and if there is a threshold amount of straight milk that is tolerable.
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn the effect, or lack thereof, of the Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) training among police officers. The main questions it aims to answer are: - Whether the 40-hour CIT training improves police officers' verbal crisis de-escalation skills / non-verbal physical behavior - Whether police officers with and without CIT training use different procedural justice and make different disposition-related decisions Participants will: - Receive or not receive CIT training depending on whether they are randomized to the intervention group or the control group. - Participate in three assessments: baseline before the randomization, 3-months post-randomization, and 6-month post-randomization. Researchers will compare police officers who were randomized to the control group with police officers who were randomized to the intervention group to see if receiving the CIT training make differences on the outcome measurements.

To determine the accuracy of continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) with point of care (POC) fingerstick glucose monitoring and venous blood glucose in patients with eating disorders, specifically anorexia nervosa, restricting subtype (AN-R); avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID); and anorexia nervosa, binge/purge subtype (AN-BP).
