NeoADAURA
Start date: December 16, 2020
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

NCT ID: NCT04347434 Recruiting - Quality of Life Clinical Trials

Assessment of the Effects of Long-term Lipid-lowering Therapy in Patients With Primary STEMI or NSTEMI

CONTRAST-2
Start date: February 12, 2020
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

In a single-center, open-label, prospective, controlled, clinical study, it is planned to include 300 patients hospitalized in the cardiology department of SBHI Penza regional clinical hospital n.a. N.N. Burdenko. Recruitment of patients will be carried out at the Department of Therapy of the Medical Institute of the Penza State University. Patients meeting the inclusion criteria and not meeting the exclusion criteria will be included in the study. Initially, lipid-lowering treatment with atorvastatin is prescribed at a dose of 80 mg / day from the first 24-96 hours of AMI in addition to the standard therapy. If there is no achievement of the target level of LDL-C, ≤1.5 mmol / L after 5-6 weeks from the AMI onset, patients additionally receive ezetimibe at a dose of 10 mg 1 time / day. Standard AMI treatment includes dual antiplatelet therapy, ACE inhibitors, beta-blockers (if indicated). Prescription of proton pump inhibitors and nitrates is possible (if indicated). The total follow-up is 96 weeks. Prescreening - 600 people; screening and randomization - 300 people. Parameters of electrical myocardial heterogeneity, myocardial deformation characteristics, vascular rigidity, and quality of life will be assessed according to the study plan.

NCT ID: NCT04347200 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Peripheral Artery Disease

REGATTA-1
Start date: January 15, 2015
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

To assess the rates of ischemic and hemorrhagic complications of long-term antithrombotic therapy in patients with chronic coronary syndromes

NCT ID: NCT04347187 Recruiting - Atrial Fibrillation Clinical Trials

REGistry of Long-term AnTithrombotic TherApy-2

REGATTA-2
Start date: January 15, 2015
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

To assess the rates of ischemic and hemorrhagic complications of long-term antithrombotic therapy in patients with atrial fibrillation

NCT ID: NCT04346485 Recruiting - Urolithiasis Clinical Trials

Comparison of SP TFL and Ho:YAG for RIRS Using 145 µm and 200 µm Fibers

Start date: March 13, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The authors hypothesize that the RIRS using 150-microm Tm-fiber laser is superior than fiber with larger diameters, as 200-microm Tm-fiber laser or 200-microm holmium fiber laser, in such points as follows: - decreasing surgery time and laser-on time due to possibility of 4.3 fold ablation efficacy increase, which has been shown by Andreeva et al.; - increasing the flexible ureteroscope tip deflection lower pole stones availability; - decreased risk of complications and a better irrigation and visualization due to better irrigation with smaller fiber; - increasing of lithotripsy efficacy and laser beam density by lowering of beam focal spot due to using of lesser fiber diameter

NCT ID: NCT04338373 Recruiting - Myopia Clinical Trials

Effectiveness of 0.01% Atropine Sulfate Solution in Controlling of Myopia Progression in Children

Start date: February 17, 2020
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

Increasing number of myopic children and significant complications of high myopia enhance the necessity of effective control strategy. Instillations of low-dose atropine have been shown to reduce myopia progression in Asian populations but its effect in non-Asian populations is still unclear. This open prospective study with historical control is designed to investigate if 0.01% atropine can reduce myopia progression in Russian children, taking into account a change of difference between manifest and cycloplegic refraction, as well as, myopia progression rate at the time of recruitment.

NCT ID: NCT04333108 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Indolent Systemic Mastocytosis

Masitinib in Severe Indolent or Smoldering Systemic Mastocytosis Unresponsive to Optimal Symptomatic Treatment

Start date: July 1, 2020
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of oral masitinib versus placebo in the treatment of patients suffering from smouldering or indolent systemic mastocytosis with severe symptoms of mast cell mediator release, unresponsive to optimal symptomatic treatment.

NCT ID: NCT04330456 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Soft Tissue Sarcoma Adult

Combined Treatment of Patients With Soft Tissue Sarcoma Including Preoperative Stereotactic Radiation Therapy and Postoperative Conformal Radiation Therapy

Start date: February 1, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Combined treatment of soft tissue sarcoma includes 3 steps: 1. step - preoperative stereotactic radiation therapy in hypofractionation mode 2. step - operation 3. step - postoperative conformal radiation therapy in normofractionation mode

NCT ID: NCT04308980 Recruiting - NAFLD Clinical Trials

Safety and Tolerability of Novel Medical Nutrition Products for NAFLD Treatment

052920190055
Start date: March 20, 2020
Phase: Phase 2/Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

To the moment, only limited data are present on the efficacy of changes in diet composition of patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). The national database search in the federal registry of specialized products revealed no registered products for medical nutrition for patients with NAFLD. We developed the composition of specialized food products, produced their experimental batches, and performed laboratory studies of their safety, including tests on toxicology and microbiology (which revealed no concerns). Organoleptic studies of the products showed acceptable results. The aim of the present study is to assess safety and tolerability of newly developed specialized products for medical nutrition of patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver diseases in a prospective randomized placebo-controlled trial.

NCT ID: NCT04306978 Recruiting - Atrial Fibrillation Clinical Trials

Impact of the CareLink Express Remote Monitoring System on Early Detection of Atrial Fibrillation

Start date: September 21, 2017
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The study results will be used to check the hypothesis that CareLink Express remote monitoring system increases the detection rate of asymptomatic AF and allows to change timely the treatment strategy in patients at high risk of thromboembolic events, e.g. anticoagulation therapy onset, electrical cardioversion or/and PVI.
