Study to Evaluate Efficacy, Immunogenicity and Safety of the Sputnik-Light

SPUTNIK-LIGHT
Start date: February 19, 2021
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The study Global sponsor is planning several parallel studies of Sputnik-Light vector vaccine across the globe in United Arab Emirates, Russia and possibly in other countries in case of confirmation associated with the same medical product under similar protocols. The key objective of this study is to be conducted in several parallel studies of the same vaccine above the other countries. Using similar protocols on a portfolio basis of studies let us collect data for Efficacy, Immunogenicity, Safety and Tolerability confirmation of the Sputnik-Light vaccine.

NCT ID: NCT04738487 Recruiting - Lung Neoplasms Clinical Trials

Coformulation of Pembrolizumab/Vibostolimab (MK-7684A) Versus Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) Monotherapy for Programmed Cell Death 1 Ligand 1 (PD-L1) Positive Metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (MK-7684A-003, KEYVIBE-003)

Start date: April 7, 2021
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The primary hypotheses are that coformulated pembrolizumab/vibostolimab is superior to pembrolizumab alone with respect to (1) overall survival (OS) in participants with programmed cell death 1 ligand 1 (PD-L1) tumor proportion score (TPS) ≥50%, TPS ≥1% and TPS 1% to 49%; and (2) progression-free survival (PFS) per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST) 1.1 by blinded independent central review (BICR), in participants with PD-L1 TPS ≥1% and TPS ≥50%.

NCT ID: NCT04734483 Recruiting - Larynx Disease Clinical Trials

The Effectiveness of Reconstructive Microsurgery on the Clinical and Functional State of Laryngeal Stenosis

Start date: May 1, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

To improve diagnostic methods for patients with laryngeal stenosis for the optimal determination of the technique of surgical treatment.

NCT ID: NCT04724707 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Cardiovascular Diseases

Russian Cardiovascular Registry of COVID-19

Start date: September 11, 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

This is a Russian multicenter observational study aimed to assess the mid-term and long-term prognosis in patients recovered from COVID-19 with the involvement of the cardiovascular system or with baseline severe cardiovascular diseases.

NCT ID: NCT04723342 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Childhood Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia Treatment Protocol Moscow-Berlin 2019 Pilot

Start date: February 1, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

THE PURPOSE OF THE STUDY is to optimize the therapy of patients with primary B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia (BCP-ALL) by including monoclonal bispecific antibodies in post-induction treatment with simultaneous reduction of chemotherapy. QUESTIONS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY: - to determine the efficacy and feasibility of chemotherapy and immunotherapy combination in comparison with standard PCT in children and adolescents with newly diagnosed BCP-ALL; - to determine the safety and toxicity of chemotherapy and immunotherapy combination in comparison with standard PCT in children and adolescents with newly diagnosed BCP-ALL; - to determine the possibility of chemotherapy reducing when immunotherapy is included in the treatment regimen without loss of effectiveness; - to determine the possibility of reducing the maintenance therapy duration to 1 year when immunotherapy is included in the treatment regimen without loss of effectiveness.

NCT ID: NCT04721210 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Bladder Hypersensitivity

The Effectiveness of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation of Supplementary Motor Area (SMA) in Patients With Bladder Hypersensitivity and Bladder Pain

Start date: January 20, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The main hypothesis of this study is that transcranial magnetic neuromodulation can correct the symptoms of hypersensitivity and bladder pain. The investigators assume that under the influence of transcranial magnetic stimulation, both the subjective state of patients assessed by standardized questionnaires and the objective parameters assessed by invasive and non-invasive urodynamic studies will be improved. In this study, two protocols for magnetic stimulation of the supplementary motor area (SMA) will be compared with each other and with placebo. The investigators expect to determine the dependence of the therapeutic effect on the applied stimulation protocol.

NCT ID: NCT04717830 Recruiting - Ebola Virus Disease Clinical Trials

An Open Study of the Safety and Pharmacokinetics of a Drug for the Emergency Prevention of Ebola Virus Disease

Start date: February 15, 2021
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

Open-label safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and immunogenicity study in three dose escalation groups

NCT ID: NCT04717414 Recruiting - Anemia Clinical Trials

An Efficacy and Safety Study of Luspatercept (ACE-536) Versus Placebo in Subjects With Myeloproliferative Neoplasm-Associated Myelofibrosis on Concomitant JAK2 Inhibitor Therapy and Who Require Red Blood Cell Transfusions

INDEPENDENCE
Start date: February 25, 2021
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this Phase 3 study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Luspatercept compared with placebo in subjects with myeloproliferative neoplasm (MPN)-associated Myelofibrosis (MF) and anemia on concomitant Janus kinase 2 (JAK2) inhibitor therapy and who require red blood cell count (RBC) transfusions. The study is divided into Screening Period, a Treatment Phase (consisting of a Blinded Core Treatment Period, a Day 169 Response Assessment, a Blinded Extension Treatment Period, and an Open-label Extension Treatment Period), and a Posttreatment Follow-up Period. Following the Day 169 Response Assessment, subjects who did not show clinical benefit will have the option to unblind. Subjects who were on placebo during the Blinded Core Treatment Period will have the opportunity to crossover into the Open-Label Extension Treatment Period and receive Luspatercept.

NCT ID: NCT04716179 Recruiting - Covid19 Clinical Trials

Prospective Two-arm Study of Fertility in Men With COVID-19
