This is a single-arm, open-label, multicenter study of the efficacy of UVADEX® (methoxsalen) Sterile Solution in conjunction with THERAKOS® CELLEX® Photopheresis Systems (ECP) in pediatric participants with steroid-refractory aGvHD. The study is composed of Screening, Treatment, and Follow-up Periods.
The primary objectives of this study are as follows: 1) To evaluate the efficacy of andecaliximab to induce endoscopy, rectal bleeding, and stool frequency (EBS) clinical remission at Week 8 (Cohort 1); 2) To evaluate the efficacy of andecaliximab to maintain EBS clinical remission at Week 52 (Cohort 2); and 3) To evaluate the safety and tolerability of andecaliximab. The study will consist of 3 parts: Induction Phase (Cohort 1), Maintenance Phase (Cohort 2), and an optional Extended Treatment Phase.
This study seeks to better characterize relationships between visual function and the progression (worsening) of geographic atrophy (GA) due to age-related macular degeneration (AMD). The study is also intended to generate new information on the relationship between genetics and GA progression. This is a global, prospective, multicenter, epidemiologic study enrolling participants with GA secondary to AMD. The study visits are scheduled to occur every 6 months. The anticipated duration of the study is up to 48 months. There is a planned interim analysis around the 2-year time window for the study.

LGN-VN-003 is a prospective, multi-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of a single oral dose of vanoxerine for the conversion of subjects with recent onset atrial fibrillation (AF) or atrial flutter (AFL) to normal sinus rhythm. Up to 625 subjects will be randomized in a 2:1 fashion so at least 400 vanoxerine and 200 placebo subjects receive study drug.
