All participants in this study will receive pembrolizumab at the study clinic once every 3 weeks as an intravenous (IV) infusion (given directly into a vein). In addition, half of the participants will take encorafenib and binimetinib orally (by mouth) at home every day. Participants may receive pembrolizumab for up to two years. Those participants taking encorafenib and binimetinib can continue until their melanoma is no longer responding. The study team will monitor how each participant is doing with the study treatment during regular visits at the study clinic.

NCT ID: NCT04646395 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Marginal Zone Lymphoma

Study of Acalabrutinib and Tafasitamab in MZL Patients

Start date: October 20, 2021
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a multicenter open label phase II trial in patients with previously treated Marginal Zone Lymphomas. The aim of the study is to evaluate the efficacy and the safety of tafasitamab in combination with acalabrutinib. Twenty-four patients are expected to be enrolled and treated every 28 days with acalabrutinib and tafasitamab for 24 cycles. The study consists of two parts, which are performed sequentially. The first part is a safety run-in to evaluate the safety data once 6 patients (representing the 25% of the total cohort) have completed the first cycle of treatment. An Independent Data Monitoring Committee (IDMC) will provide an independent assessment of this evaluation. The second part starts after the outcome of this evaluation and will include the remaining 18 patients. The 6 patients of the safety run-in phase will be considered for the final evaluation of the study. Between 11 - 13 weeks, patients showing partial or complete response (PR, CR) will continue treatment, while patients showing stable disease (SD) will discontinue it. However, patients in SD who benefit from therapy may continue to be treated, after agreement between the Investigator and the Sponsor. Patients who complete the 24 cycles of treatment will enter the follow-up phase up to 3 years from patient's last study treatment dose (about 5 years from treatment start). Patients who discontinue treatment before cycle 24 for any reason will be followed for up to 3 years (every 6 months for the first year and yearly for the second and third year) from the patient's last study treatment dose. .

EPCORE DLBCL-1
Start date: January 13, 2021
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this trial is to find out if epcoritamab, also known as EPKINLYâ„¢ and GEN3013, is safe and works well as treatment for patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) that are not responding to treatment, have grown in size, or have come back following treatment with at least 1 prior systemic cancer therapy. All participants in this trial will be randomly assigned to receive either epcoritamab or a pre-specified investigator's choice (standard of care) chemotherapy (either rituximab + gemcitabine + oxaliplatin [R-GemOx], or bendamustine + rituximab [BR]). Participants must have failed or be ineligible to receive an autologous stem cell transplant (ASCT). Epcoritamab will be injected under the skin. Investigator's choice chemotherapy will be given intravenously. Trial details include: - The trial duration will be up to 5 years. - All trial participants have a 21-day screening period, a treatment period, and a follow-up period that continues until death. - The estimated trial duration for an individual subject depends upon the treatment arm assigned: - Participants who receive epcoritamab will have 28-day treatment cycles. Epcoritamab will be given once weekly for the first 3 months, then every other week for 6 months, then every 28 days until lymphoma progression or unacceptable adverse events. - Participants who receive investigator's choice (standard of care) chemotherapy will receive treatments either: - R-GemOx: On Day 1 (or Day 1 & Day 2), and Day 15 (or Day 15 & Day 16) every 28 days, for up to 4 months; or - BR: On Day 1 and Day 2 every 3 weeks for up to 4.5 months.

NCT ID: NCT04623983 Active, not recruiting - Dental Bonding Clinical Trials

Accuracy of 3D Printed Indirect Bonding Trays - an in Vivo Study

Start date: March 15, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Objective In addition to examining the transmission accuracy of rigid and non-rigid IDB's the aim of the study is to determine the 'lost rate' during the placement. The 'lost rate' is the percentage frequency of brackets that have no adhesion to the model after the bonding has taken place. Hypothesis The main hypothesis does not describe a significant deviation of the digitally planned to the actually placed bracket position in directions and angles described. The secondary hypothesis is the assumption of no significant difference between the accuracy and lost rate of the two materials. Method 24 orthodontic patients treated with multibracket appliance will be included for the planned study. In order to increase the reproducibility of the acquired data four different model situations are included. Objective The aim of the study is a scientific examination of the accuracy of digital printed bonding trays using two materials to support the decision process of the potential user and their dental laboratories. The study allows an insight into the technical manufacturing process and its workflow.
