Filter by:The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if the OATD-02 administration (orally) in monotherapy is safe and has the pharmacodynamic potential to restore and enhance tumour responses to immunotherapy through increased arginine levels or intrinsic anti-tumour activity in participants with advanced metastatic colorectal cancer, ovarian cancer, renal cancer or pancreatic cancer.
This is a Phase 1b/2a, open-label, adaptive-design outpatient study to assess the safety, tolerability, and PK/PD of SON-1010 in combination with atezolizumab administered to patients with advanced solid tumors (Part 1) and patients with Platinum-resistant Ovarian Cancer (Part 2)
This study will enroll 120 women living with ovarian cancer following completion of initial treatment. Our objective is to test an intervention designed to provide support during the survivorship transition for this population, who live with a high degree of morbidity related to the illness and its treatment as well as a high risk of recurrence. Study participants will be randomly assigned to receive survivorship care using the POSTCare-O process or usual care. The primary outcome is quality of life at 12 weeks after intervention.
The primary objective of this sub study is to evaluate the efficacy of the combination of TSR-042, bevacizumab, and niraparib in participants with advanced, relapsed, high-grade ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer who have received 1 to 2 prior lines of anticancer therapy, are PARP inhibitor naïve, and have platinum-resistant but not refractory disease. This study is a sub study of the master protocol - OPAL (NCT03574779).
This is a single-center, prospective, single-arm clinical trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Huaier granules in combination with immunotargeted agents in postoperative patients with ovarian cancer.
The aim of the study is to evaluate the role of lifestyle and environmental factors ( environmental contaminants such as Cd) on the penetrance of BRCA1/2 genes in BRCAm patients with Breast cancer and/or Ovarian cancer and in BRCAm healthy women without cancer diagnosis
Investigators studied a population of 28 low grade serous ovarian carcinoma treated in Hospices civils de Lyon between 2000 and 2022. The primary objective is to determinate the rate of myometrial involvement by the cancer at pathology examination. Then, investigators compared patients with or without myometrial involvement : survival parameters, predictive factors of myometrial involvement (age, CA 125 level, surgery characteristics, pathology characteristics).
The purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy and safety of nab-paclitaxel with solvent-based taxanes as first-line treatment for patients with advanced primary epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC), primary peritoneal carcinoma or fallopian tube carcinoma.
The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the treatment of topotecan hydrochloride capsules combined with anlotinib hydrochloride capsules in Patients with platinum-resistant recurrent epithelial ovarian cancer. The main questions it aims to answer are: to assess the objective response rate (ORR), progression-free survival (PFS), disease control rate (DCR), duration of response (DOR), overall survival (OS) and safety of topotecan hydrochloride capsules combined with anlotinib hydrochloride capsules in patients with platinum-resistant recurrent epithelial ovarian cancer. The treatment of participants: Topotecan hydrochloride capsules: 2 mg, once daily, oral with dinner for 5 days, discontinued for 16 days, that is, 21 days (3 weeks) as a course of treatment, a total of 6 courses of administration.;Anlotinib hydrochloride capsules: 10mg once a day, oral before breakfast, continuous administration for 14 days, discontinuation for 7 days, that is, 21 days (3 weeks) as a course of treatment. Receiving optimal supportive care at the same time until disease progression/death/intolerable toxicity.
In order to explore the real situation of niraparib in clinical application more comprehensively and deeply, we conducted the first multicenter, real-world study in China. This large observational study used real-world data to assess the effectiveness and safety of niraparib as maintenance therapy in patients with advanced ovarian cancer (AOC) in China and investigated clinical factors associated with prolonged benefits of niraparib so as to achieve the maximum clinical benefit of patients.
