Eligibility

Inclusion Criteria:

• ENT surgery with free flap reconstruction

Exclusion Criteria:

• Allergy to chlorhexidine

Intervention

Procedure:
• Preoperative oral care
tooth brushing and mouthwash with chlorhexidine 0,2% five day before surgery
