Filter by:BPI-1178 is a novel, orally administered inhibitor of both cyclin-dependent kinase 4(CDK4)and CDK6 kinase activity. This Phase I study is a first-in-human (FIH) clinical trial designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetic (PK) profile of oral BPI-1178 in patients with advanced solid tumors. The Phase IIa trial is designed to investigate the anti-tumor activity and safety of BPI-1178 in combination with endocrine therapy in patients with HR+/HER2-advanced breast cancer and to determine the dosing regimen for combination with endocrine therapy in a later confirmatory study.
The purpose of this study is to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD), recommended dose for expansion (RDFE), safety and tolerability of BGB-10188 as monotherapy in participants with relapsed/refractory (R/R) mature B-cell malignancies; in combination with zanubrutinib in participants with R/R follicular lymphoma (FL), R/R mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) or R/R diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL); and in combination with tislelizumab in participants with advanced solid tumors.
A 3-part (dose-escalation, dose-expansion and cohort-expansion) phase I clinical study of JS004 in subjects with advanced solid malignancies in China for the first time, to evaluate the safety, tolerability, PK, immunogenicity, antitumor activity and biomarkers of JS004, define the MTD and RP2D. A cycle is 21 days (3 weeks) which includes JS004 being administered IV Q3W. All patients will be treated until disease progression per RECIST v1.1 and iRECIST, or intolerable toxicity per CTCAE 5.0, withdrawal of consent, or end of the study, whichever occurs first.Disease progression must be confirmed at least 4 weeks but no longer than 8 weeks after initial documentation of progression.
Safety and effectiveness of liquid tumor infiltrating lymphocytes in patients with advanced malignant tumors who have failed to anti-PD-1 therapy
The study comprises two phases: phase I dose escalation (including PK run-in period and treatment period) and phase II study.
This study is in one single group of participants with advanced solid tumors who have not been cured by other treatments. It is the first time the drug will be used in humans, and will be in two parts. The primary purpose of the parts are: - Dose Escalation Part: To evaluate the safety and tolerability and to determine the maximum tolerated dose and the recommended dose for expansion of ifinatamab deruxtecan (I-DXd). - Dose Expansion Part: To investigate the safety, tolerability and antitumor activity of I-DXd when administered as a single agent. This study is expected to last approximately 5 years from the time the first participant is enrolled to the time the last participant is off the study. The number of treatment cycles is not fixed in this study. Participants who continue to benefit from the study treatment may continue, unless: - they withdraw - their disease gets worse - they experience unacceptable side effects.

This is a First-in-Human Phase IA/IB/II open label dose escalation study of intravenous (IV) administration of ONC-392, a humanized anti-CTLA4 IgG1 monoclonal antibody, as single agent and in combination with pembrolizumab in participants with advanced or metastatic solid tumors and non-small cell lung cancers.
This is a Phase II, open-label, single dose level study of PRL3-ZUMAB monotherapy in patients with advanced solid tumours that have failed standard therapy. Approximately 30 patients will be recruited with ~10 gastric cancers and ~10 hepatocellular carcinomas. Patients who have received at least 1 dose of PRL3-ZUMAB will be evaluable for toxicity and efficacy. PRL3-ZUMAB will be given IV every 2 weeks for up to 12 infusions in the absence of unmanageable toxicities or disease progression. Patients who are benefitting from the treatment may continue on PRL3-ZUMAB beyond 12 infusions with the agreement of the study drug provider. PRL3-ZUMAB at the RP2D in tumour types enriched for known PRL-3 expression for efficacy and tolerability will be evaluated. There will also be in depth molecular profiling of tissues in patients who have an objective response or prolonged disease stabilization to identify predictive/selection biomarkers as well as evaluation of the oncogenic signaling modulation and immunomodulation by PRL3-ZUMAB and its potential for future combination with other targeted therapies or immunotherapy.
